Kaptein Star Argo har også fisket hele livet, driver med kommersielt fiske/dykking, og deler de samme lidenskapene.
Du vil tilbringe turen din om bord på enten en 22' Bayliner som har plass til 4 fiskere, eller en 30' Krutop som komfortabelt har plass til 6 fiskere. Under trolling vil du ha 3-4 liner i vannet samtidig, slik at alle kan være med på moroa! Alle fartøy har sikkerhets- og navigasjonsutstyr om bord, en kahytt, samt et lite toalett.
Gjør deg klar for et fiskeeventyr for livet. Det kommer til å være noe spennende for alle! Du kan forvente å komme ansikt til finne med Kongelaks, Sølvlaks, Pukkellaks og Kveite. Andre arter er valgfrie og diskuteres ved bestillingstidspunktet.
Kvalitetsstenger og -ruller er inkludert for alle fisketypene vi tilbyr. Det finnes til og med trolling- og bunnfiskestenger for venstrehendte. På halvdagsturer er snacks og drikke inkludert. På heldagsturer er snacks, drikke og smørbrød tilberedt for deg – gi kapteinen beskjed om hvilken smak du ønsker på smørbrødet før dagen.

Our all aboard time was changed so we had even less time, which was already a bit short. I communicated that I was really nervous about getting back to the ship in time. Anthony & Star were reassuring and very accommodating. We got our entire 4 hour charter time and made it back in plenty of time. They thought that the activity was a bit slower than usual but we still had a fantastic time. We didn't have a huge haul but it wasn't due to their lack of trying. They changed locations a few times and also changed our rigs several times. The kings were too small to keep but still a lot of fun. We also caught a lingcod (so ugly) and a rock fish. The boat was clean and felt safe. I usually get sick on small watercrafts but their vessel is sturdy! I didn't have a moment of nausea. We 'd love to return to do the charter again would recommend them without hesitation.

They made sure we had a great day of fishing in spite of being at the end of the season. One of the most enjoyable days of fishing I’ve ever had. They took lots of pictures for us, gave us good advice on processing and getting our fish home at a reasonable price, and even gave us one of their tide books for our other adventures. Thank you Star and Anthony!

6 Hour Trip – Halibut den June 26, 2023 • 3 voksneI don’t even know where to begin. Communication was great leading up to this trip and during this trip! It was a great boat and both captain Anthony and Star were amazing! They had electric reels thankfully because those halibut fight!!! We were on a cruise so we had a short port time and they took us straight to location and we started getting bites! I can not tell u how amazing it was to be fishing while hump back whales are swimming around! We have already started planning our trip back to Ketchikan next year just to fish with Captain Anthony and Star! I would really rate them 15/10 if I could! My fathers halibut was just under 40” and mine was 29”!

They take care of everything so all you have to do is fish and explain everything clearly. The best thing is they have electric reels for Halibut fishing! I highly recommend this trip!

We knew with the short amount of time we had on our cruise stop and it being the end of the season our chances were not real good. Anthony took us to a few areas until we found two big ones. Had a blast, crew very experienced and knowledgeable, and even took the time to let us see some whales nearby. Just wished we could have booked the whole day. Definitely hope to fish with them again. Half Day Trip – Salmon (3 PASS) den July 26, 2019 • 3 voksneCapt Anthony was very knowledgeable on the fishing spots. He took us on a farther spot. Within 5 mins of dropping our first line, we caught a big coho. It was surreal as we got the next two within an hour. We had a dry spell, but Capt Anthony checked with other fishermen. We moved to a new spot and before deciding to leave, we got another 27inxh coho. This was a great experience. Our 9 y/o fell asleep for 3 hours due to the boat was rocking.. Capt Anthony prepped us by having peanut-free snacks. We also borrowed fishing attire and life jacket for our son. We would definitely recommend Capt Anthony.

Star and Anthony immediately made our group of six feel at home and things only got better from there. Just a few days into the King Salmon run, Anthony got us on the fish while the rest of the fleet struggled. I'm confident that we not only had the most hits, but also got the most in the boat with the biggest of the day weighing in well over 20 pounds. Plus, as we were coming back to the dock, we found a pod of killer whales and Anthony made sure that we got a good look. They were fascinating! After getting back to the dock and because we had to rush to our cruise ship, Star took our catch to be fileted and shipped back to our house. I would recommend Anthony and Star to anyone. It was worth every dollar!
