Brito Yachts – La Pichona 

We had the best day on the La Pichona. Our crew of Samuel, Yeudi, and Alexis were outstanding and made our trip perfect!! Ricky the owner was very friendly and quick to respond when booking. The Dominican freshly prepared lunch on the yacht made it even more perfect. They even had a delicious birthday cake for our son. The blue waters and hospitality made it such a great day! I highly recommend using Brito yachts.

ich hatte eine Angeltour kombiniert mit Strand und Lunch abgesprochen und unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt! Es gab unter anderem frisch gegrillten Hummer mit frischem Salat. Für die nächsten Touren würde ich für mich die Bezahlung vor Ort vorab besser absprechen. Es kann halt sein, dass je nach Bezahlmethode (natürlich) Mehrkosten anfallen. Aber das hat nichts mit dieser Tour zu tun - ist eher ein genereller Tipp. Vielen Dank an die Crew für den wunderschönen Tag!!

We had an amazing day on the water. The crew was outstanding—so attentive, friendly, and truly committed to making sure my family had the best experience possible. They did everything they could to help us catch a fish and enjoy every moment. Highly recommend. Five stars all around, especially for the crew!

Started off getting picked up by Alberto at are hotel. Great guy and was a fisherman himself. He really set the tone for the trip. We get to the dock and left immediately after arriving for a 3/4 day trip. These guys don’t mess around and want to catch fish. We started off trolling and the bit was a little slow. We decided to open up the cooler and have a few beers and it started the feeding frenzy. First we caught a decent size barracuda. Then we trolled a little further out and saw some Mahi Mahi jumping. We get a bit and missed it but the other line dropped hard. It was a massive yellow fin tuna. My son and I tag teamed him all the way up to the boat. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with my son. It was exhausting reeling him in but totally worth it. After all that we headed to Catalina Island to go swimming and cook the prize fish. They pulled right into the beach and the First Mate was tossing beers to us like Sammy Sosa from the boat to us in the water (about 30’ away). The entire crew worked on preparing a feast for my family. All we had to do was swim and catch beers from a distance😉 We had lobster and yellow fin tuna with several sides. These guy’s can cook!!! Then on the way back we had a fruit sample platter and fudge for dessert. This is a must trip for any kind of fisherman. I have been fishing several times and Ricky’s Crew knows what’s up. Brito Yachts had amazing communication from the very start. There was never a doubt about the plan. Yulian picked my family and I up from the hotel promptly. Upon arrival to the boat, the crew of 3 fisherman were prepared and we left immediately. After a 30 minute journey into the open sea, we had lines efficiently in the water. The crew clearly knew what they were doing. While trolling, we enjoyed beverages. After several bites we landed a Mahi! It was an absolute thrill! After fishing we anchored at Catalina island and snorkled while the crew prepared our fresh catch along with chicken, steak, rice, and fruit. The experience was top notch and I will absolutely be doing it again on my next DR trip!

I wanted to take my Grandson fishing while in Casa de Campo and inquired about this trip on-line. It was last-minute and they responded immediately so we booked the trip. This unplanned fishing adventure turned out to be one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had! The crew was amazing. They were so enthusiastic and helpful. For lunch we motored up to a beautiful beach and the crew prepared a delicious feast for us including some of the Mahi, Snapper, Wahoo that we caught. They even made a yummy ceviche! We had a young man on board with us who spoke perfect English. He made sure we knew everything that was going on and it helped make this into the one of the most perfect days I remember. Such an amazing time!!

We enjoyed a full day of fishing with Captain Ricky. They picked us up at our hotel and took us to the marina where we met the crew. They were friendly and accommodating. The boat was very nice and clean. We did some bottom fishing first and caught several Red Snapper then we went trolling. For lunch they took us to a beautiful beach on Saona Island. They BBQ lobster and fish for us while we hung out in the beautiful water having a couple cocktails. It was so nice we decided to stay there the rest of the day. They drove us back to our hotel and we received a message from Ricky that we had overpaid him $100. We thanked him for his honesty and he refunded the amount to our PayPal. We will definitely book this trip again the next time we visit La Romana. Thank you!!

These guys were so patient with us. We were late and they waited for 45 mins while we worked out the ridiculousness that was our hotel. That continued throughout the day. They adjusted to whatever we needed. Our kids were a little sick from the choppy waves and they took us right to a swim spot and had a great time. The attention we received was top notch. Completely comfortable and everything was perfect.

The trip was excellent! We were upgraded to a bigger ship at no extra cost and the crew were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very good time and everything was as described or better! Will absolutely book a trip in the future! Thank you guys for an awesome experience! 10/10 for sure

We had an amazing day!! We caught a 75 pound yellow fin tuna that they prepared on the boat along with a fantastic meal!☺️ We were asked if we would like to stop at an island. We did and it was absolutely beautiful. We could not have asked for a better day.
