Disse farvannene er kjent for Amberjack, Blåfisk, Kongemakrell (Kingfish), Spansk makrell, Havabbor, Mahi, Grouper, Cobia, Snapper, Triggerfish, Porgy, haier og mer – med litt flaks vil du få napp på noen av dem! Du kan forvente å drive med lett fiskeutstyr eller tungvektsutstyr, trolling, bunnfiske, eller kanskje noe mer spesialisert. Turene tilpasses etter ditt erfaringsnivå, hvilken fisk som er i sesong, og hva slags fiske du ønsker å gjøre. Send oss gjerne en melding med spørsmål, så sørger vi for at turen din blir fantastisk!
Hvis du reiser med familien, vil du være glad for å vite at barn er hjertelig velkomne om bord! Alle gjester under 16 år må bruke redningsvest når båten er i bevegelse, men vi har dem om bord!
Dagen din begynner om bord på en 30 fots senterkonsolbåt med plass til 4 fiskere på enhver Havfiske bunnfisketur med 2 ekstra passasjerer tillatt, eller 6 fiskere på kystnært fiske og trolling-turer. Båten har alt det nødvendige utstyret som enhver fiskebåt trenger. Stenger, hjul og fiskeutstyr er inkludert, samt sluk. Levende agn er inkludert, men du bør diskutere med kapteinen om du ønsker å fange det selv i begynnelsen av dagen (dette er veldig gøy for barn!).
Det vil være en styrmann om bord på de fleste turer for å hjelpe turen din til å gå smidig. Styrmannen jobber hardt for å gjøre turen din vellykket, og et tips på 15–25 % er vanlig praksis.
Det er ikke nødvendig å kjøpe fiskekort, bare møt opp klar for en god opplevelse! Noen fiskearter har spesielle reguleringer, inkludert når du kan beholde dem. Bare spør, og kaptein Nick kan fortelle deg mer.
Det anbefales å ta med solbriller, solkrem (ikke spray), hatt, sko med godt grep, og snacks/mat. Vann er inkludert, gratis. Det er også lurt å kle seg godt for turen ut om morgenen i de kaldere månedene, men vi har også en kahytt der du alltid kan holde deg varm og tørr!

Full Day Offshore-Wrightsville den June 9, 2024 • 4 voksneCaptain Nick and his crew know their salt water! We were invited onto their boat a day early to beat the wind and weather. Although the trip out and back in were long, he navigated us with ease so us land lubbers didn’t get nauseous. The fish were on!! As soon as the weight hit the bottom, fish on! We got so many different species. It was a great experience. He and his first mate were ready to pull them off and load the bait back on. It’s great to see father and son working so well together and made our stay aboard even better. We were in good hands and plan to charter again SOON.

Full Day Offshore-Wrightsville den May 25, 2024This is one of the best experiences of my life. CPT Nick & his 1st mate Dom were absolutely dedicated to our group. They did a marvelous job putting us right on top of the fish and they themselves ensured our lines had constant bait. We loved them and they are really cool people to get to know. Even with our mishaps CPT Nick took us back out and kept the fishing going. Many thanks to him, his 1st mate and his family. Full Day Offshore-Wrightsville den January 18, 2024We went out with SWF for a winter trip. It was cold in the morning (I'll wear more clothes next time because I had to borrow a sweatshirt and gloves from Captain Nick even though he told us to bundle up lol) but the fishing was great and it was warm enough by mid morning!! We got our Sea Bass limit in no time and had to throw back keepers for bigger keepers. We also caught several other kinds of fish and came home with a cooler full! The captain was a lot of fun and we'll definitely go with them again this summer!

Although the weather wasn't ideal, we still had a lot of fun. I have a 7-year-old son who is very curious and has a lot of questions, but the captain was patient enough to answer all of them.
