Utenfor nordkysten vandrer den gigantiske migrerende Tarpon langs hele øya i sesongen. Fiske i Holbox regnes som et av de mest spektakulære i verden for troféeksemplarer av 'sølvkonger' (gigantisk Tarpon).
Mot sør finnes det miles med laguner fylt med juvenile Tarpon og Snook.

The nature was absolutely stunning! Our guide, was exceptional — his knowledge of the area and ability to locate fish made all the difference. He put in a huge effort to make the trip a success, always keeping the customer experience as his top priority. Thanks to him, we managed to hook quite a few nice baby tarpon on light tackle. An unforgettable experience that I can fully recommend to anyone looking for a true Holbox fishing adventure!
