Captain Shaw Couevas is the head of charter bookings for Jean Lafitte Harbor, one of the largest marinas in Louisiana. He believes fishing should be as enjoyable as possible. He was born and raised on the bayou, fishing is in his blood, and he wouldn't want to do anything else. His crew consists of local professionals who share his enthusiasm for fishing and providing a great service with some great amenities as well.

    We had a great day, it was chilly and windy but they still put us on the fish. We caught a couple red fish and a bunch of sheepshead. Plenty of room for all of us.

    We had a fantastic time with Captain Kody. The four of us went with two newbie fishermen and we caught a ton of redfish, black drum, and even some alligator gar. Our ice chest is full of fish for grilling, Kody was very patient and great to us and we visited some great spots. They will treat you right!
