I grew up in Massachusetts along the beaches of Cape Cod Bay. I grew up on the water where I learned how to fish and fell in love with the sport. It was always a dream of mine to captain my own boat and bring the joy of being on the water to other people.

Half Day Trip (AM) • 4 voksne • 3 barnMy wife and two boys decised to vacation to florida and check it out, and we wanted to introduce them to “ocean” fishing since they’ve never been. we booked the 4 hour excursion and although we weren’t deep sea fishing, we had a perfect trip and caught 13-14 differ t tyles of fish and my boys had a blast. On top of that, Jeff was an awesome Captain (Friendly, Professional, knowledgeable, etc) and to top it off we basically got an awesome dolphin excursion at the same time because when we would come accross them, Jeff would point them out and even got one of them to ride our wake to where rhe dolphins were jumping in and out of the wake while we were driving. needless to say our objective to catch fish, have a great experience, and to have a fishing trip memory for the books was accomplished. Thank you Captain Jeff!

3 hour • 4 voksne • 3 barnCaptain Jeff was an absolute professional from start to finish. We arrived 15 minutes early, and he was already there waiting for us with everything prepared and ready to go. The boat was fully stocked with plenty of bait, quality fishing gear, and refreshments, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience right from the start. The boat itself was clean, stable, and very comfortable, and within just 20–30 minutes of leaving the dock, we were already fishing. Throughout the trip, Captain Jeff took us to multiple productive spots, giving us plenty of opportunities to catch fish. We landed snook and catfish, and even had a baby shark on the line! Unfortunately, just as I reached for my phone to record it, the shark leaped out of the water and shook the hook free, a memorable moment we’ll be talking about for a long time. What really stood out was how great Jeff was with the kids. He was patient, friendly, and always quick to help re-bait hooks, fix tackle, and make sure everyone was having a good time. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we decided to extend the trip by an extra hour, and Jeff was more than happy to accommodate us. Overall, this was an outstanding fishing experience. Captain Jeff’s professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach made it so everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a memorable day on the water.

3 hour • 4 voksne • 1 barnThis was thebfirst fishing trip with a charter that one of my sons and nephew had been on. Captain Jeff did a great job showing them how to put bait on for saltwater fishing, and what to do once the line was in the water. We caught plenty of snook, red grouper, triggerfish and a puffe fish. he also suggested some spots to fish in from the shore the rest of the week. We had a great time and will definitely contact Jeff next time we're down in Longboat Key.

Half Day Trip (AM) • 1 voksenHad an absolutely fantastic day with Captain Leonard. Pick up location was easy to find and we were in the fish within 30 minutes. First part of the trip was in shore and caught Snook, Jack, a flounder and Pinfish which we used later. After the in shore fishing we headed just off the beach and got into a great school of Spanish Mackerel and Kings. Landed more than 10 Mackerel and 3 Kings. had a large King (on the Pinfish) that ran out a ton of line but broke off. captain Leonard was attentive, a great conversationalist and knew his waters. will join him again next time we are down.

Half Day Trip (AM) • 5 voksneCaptain Jeff was fantastic — hands-on with all five of us, including three teenagers, helping everyone reel in a great variety of fish: grouper, bonita, grunt, sand perch, and more. Beautiful day on the water in great company. The cherry on top was that he whipped up a custom song dedicated to us — such a fun, memorable touch. Highly recommend booking with Captain Jeff!

When the weather has been nice we have been crushing the nearshore bite! Hogfish grouper and snapper have been put in the cooler every trip!..inshore bite has been good as well with the mangrove snapper chewing almost everywhere and redfish heating up along mangroves. Dont miss your chance on some of the best fishing of the year coming up

After limiting on trout early we got this family to the sandbar to see the dolphins and manatees. The water is warming up nicely and the crystal clear water allows for great views of the wildlife!

The redfish trout and snook continue to eat the paint off the boat!! With some nice weather coming up I expect to start getting into the kingfish as well!

The wind has kept us mostly inshore but theres no lack of fish, dolphins, and shark sightings. Snook, redfish, and trout have been biting consistently and the water is finally warming up to see the manatees come back

Sheepshead and hogfish have been super consistent along with the redfish…the red and gag grouper has been pretty good as well even though weve had to release them.

Inshore fishing has been lights out! Plenty of snook redfish and trout to keep the lines tight! The near shore reef fishing for Spanish macks kingfish and snapper should be firing up soon!
