Captain Joshua Regans grew up fishing the Choctawhatchee Bay and opened up Reel Runners in 2015. Fishing has always been his passion and he knew he wanted to share that with others. Being out on the water every day and seeing the reactions on people's faces when they catch their first fish is what makes everything worthwhile. He wants to make sure every customer has as enjoyable and safe an experience as possible on every trip!

    captain josh expeienced and fun guide

    had a great time and help my 5 yo son and i have a great time for father day. got a great trout and some mangrove snapper. thank you for making our trip a fun one. would recommend again and hope to see him again. brought everything we needed and had llenty of gear. helped us when we didnt know exactly what we were doing. good driver and made sure everything eas smooth sailing.

    What a fun trip!

    I caught a large Mangrove snapper and three stingrays. My sons caught 2 mangrove snappers we kept and 6 or 7 we let go. The captain was a Florida native who knew the waters And was a Gator fan who is our team. I took a chance and we won. We had a great time and met a friend. I highly recommend Captain Josh! This is real! I normally don’t go by reviews.

    Great Day On The Bay

    Captain Josh had us on fish the entire trip. He was a lot of fun to be around as well. Highly recommend booking Reel Runner Charters. We will be consisting with Captain Josh our next trip down to the gulf.

    Thanks Captian Josh for making a memorable trip for us while we were here for a family reunion… we had a first time kid on his first charter and you made him non stop talking about how much fun he had!!!     We had a great trip with Cap'n Josh. We were primarily targeting Reds...Caught several different inshore species.... able to keep several for a nice big bag of filets. Caught a nice Red within 5 seconds of the very first cast. Cap'n Josh is full service....will keep everyone baited up and even cast for you if you'd like. Plenty of different bait and multiple rod/reel combos available....He will clean and bag your catch for you when you get back to the marina. Cap'n Josh is very pleasant and knowledgable of the area. Plan to circle up with him again in the near future. Thank you.
