Captain Mark Lorenc specializes in catching trophy fish in Lake Erie. He has been fishing the eastern end of the lake for over 30 years. Right after Mark graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering, he bought his first boat and started fishing Barcelona Harbor. Mark is a U.S.C.G. Master Licensed Captain and fishes Lake Erie as a full time guide from early April through the end of October. He is a father of two boys, who have inherited his passion for fishing.

    Marks knowledgeable and easygoing. Explains safety. Boat is comfortable. 4 hrs was more than enough. We caught 3 Heafty sized walleye on Lake Erie last hour and half. Mark Got us to the Fish ! It was our first time out in the open water but won’t be our last . We learned so much about the sport with Mark and really enjoyed ourselves. Mark also cleaned and filet our walleye for us and we brought home our catch! Mark provides all needed just bring yourself, your company and get ready to catch fish and enjoy.

    . As always, it was a great trip. A little bumpy on the big lake, but we still, managed to put some fish in the boat.

    Caught some nice smallmouth with some sheepshead thrown in. The new boat is exceptionally nice. Very smooth and very well equipped. Can't wait to do it again!!
