Even when my son was asking to move around for different species, he made it happen and gave us a fantastic and well rounded charter! Too many fish to count and 12 different varieties of fish!

5-timers tur – Kystnært fiske • 5 voksne • 1 barn5 of us (65, 44, 17, 15, 12) Started the day off with a lot of action on grunts. After going through a gallon of shrimp in 15 minutes, the boys were looking for a change of pace, he put us on some grouper, hogfish, more grunts…. And a beautiful toadfish… ha! Great all around day, and Eric is a great conversationalist, and knowledgeable of the waters he works daily!

Grunts, Spanish Mackerel and Short Group

We had a fun trip out on and in the water. Today we took it easy and caught plenty of grunts for some fish tacos. I ended up catching some spanish mackerel for some fish dip, and a bunch of short grouper. I finished out the trip today with an hour or two on the island showing some northern transplants out 90 degree water!

Arvy and his crew put a gurting on mangrove snapper this weekend. We hit our 4 man limit of beautiful snapper roughly in hour into the trip. We had to throw back twice as many as we had a blast freelining these swimming sandwiches.
After our trip came to an end, this captain took his wife and 2 young daughters for a quick scalloping trip. Filled up the cooler in a few hours and enjoyed a wonderful dinner! Summer is in full swing and we have the spots!

Mangrove Snapper on Deck

Great trip out nearshore today. Had a great snapper bite most of the day. Loaded up with some mangroves before switching gears to get a few trout. Saw a good assortment of species including gag grouper, mangrove snapper, key West grunts, Spanish mackeral, sea trout, lady fish, puffer fish, ramora, wrasse, jack crevelle, and black sea bass.

Killer snapper! Cooler of swimming tacos

Turned out to be a great day with Damian and his family. Started the day off with a summer shower and the bite was on. Loaded up a cooler full of snapper with about 15 keeper snapper alone. Add a few Spanish mackerel and some grunts to go with it and they have a great dinner ahead of them. Got to love swimming tacos!

Buckets of fun!

Today the bite was non-stop! Couldn't ask for better weather. The water is warming up a hair and the mackeral and mangrove snapper were fired up before the front. Freelining live shrimp proved to be the best method while bottom fishing proved to be effective for grunts and sheepshead. Had a great time with Julie and her family for her birthday. Lots of laughs, lots of fun, and buckets of fish to take home!

Had a great trip out with Todd and his crew. Caught a bunch of different species including some Cobia and a bucket full of mangrove snappers for dinner. Don't forget flatty the flounder!
