Captain Russell is a Coast Guard licensed captain He is fully Insured. He is one of the few captains in the area that hold NOAA Federal Reef & Pelagic Fishing permits which allow LEGAL FISHING in federal waters which is determined as anything beyond 9 miles offshore.

    Beautiful day out on the Gulf; Great Captain, Great Boat!

    Had a great time with Captain Russell. Caught a ton of fish. Top-tier vessel, great fishing equipment--Capt Russell knows how to find the fish. Thought we might have to cancel due to wind; Captain Russell kept us up to date on conditions with calls and texts before the trip. He decided we could try and we're so glad we did. Beautiful day! My family and I all had a great time non-stop action catching snapper and some big grouper and AJs. Capt Russell is very friendly and outgoing--just the right personality for a guide! He does more than keep the bait moving, he teaches you method and technique; knows the gulf very well.

    Awesome trip!

    Shouts out to Capt’n Russell! Our family had an amazing time on water. The boat was beautiful and even had a bathroom. We caught multiple species and a bunch of them! Capt’n Russell seen a bunch of Bonita boiling on top of the water, pulled the boat off, grabbed a rod with a large jig and casted it, hooked onto a large Bonita and handed it over for me to fight! My 9 yr old caught the largest of the day and reminds us of that when we talk about our trip 😂. Such a great experience and we will definitely be back next year! 5 ⭐️’s Thanks

    Had a great fishing trip beautiful weather the Captain was great. Everything about the trip was just what we wanted caught lots of fish had great service couldn’t be better. I highly recommend that everyone else give it a try. Also, it’s a good day.! We will be coming back for more trips with Captain Russell

    Full day of reelin em' in!!

    Great day out there, he took us right to the sweet spot! We were reelin them up in minutes. The boat is absolutely beautiful and the equipment is top notch and well maintained. Highly recommend getting out there with Captain Russell of the Reel Time. Booking again in a few months!

    Had an awesome day on the water with Captain Russ! This man worked his butt off to put us on fish. Tons of snapper and grouper. Reel Time is my only go to guide I will use now when I come to Florida!!!!!

    Capt Russell was fantastic. Caught fish immediately and often. My 13 & 12 year old were ecstatic. Had fish tacos and they tasted a bit better when you actually caught the fish. Great equipment and gear.

    Reel time charters and Captain Russ are phenomenal. We went 25-30 miles out amd he had us on keeper fish immediately upon dropping line in the water. Told him my goal was a grouper to take home and eat. Not only did I get my grouper but I caught a 6 ft Shark!!! Caught few amberjack. Caught alot of red and yellow snapper. If I could rate him a out of 10 I'd give him a 12!! If you book with Reel Time Charters you're gonna have a blast and catch fish!

    We had a great time with Captain Russ. He had us on fish at every spot and we caught a wide variety! He was also great with kids. I would recommend him to any one.

    I've been fishing for 40 plus years. I've taken dozens of charters but this was one of my best charters. Captain Russ put us on fish every spot we stop. He also taught me alot about the gulf fishing. I will definitely use him again. Jim
