Thanks for booking its tuna season.

lets go fishing

Light winds and clean water off Haleiwa this week. The North Shore is settled and the bite is on. Following up on last week's hot aku bite, the skipjack tuna are still around and the mahi are showing up on the troll. Wahoo, trevally, and bottom fish are all in the mix right now for a private fishing charter on Oahu. This is what Oahu deep sea fishing is all about in the fall — calm mornings, active fish, and the whole boat to yourself. Our Haleiwa fishing charter runs right out of Haleiwa Harbor, and whale watching season on Oahu is just getting started too, so you never know what will show up out there. Catch up on our recent reports: https://fishingbooker.com/fishing/report/131950 and https://fishingbooker.com/fishing/report/130362 Ready to get out there? Check out our trips and book right here on FishingBooker: https://fishingbooker.com/charters/view/35218 Book now — the fish are biting and the wind is light. See you on the water!

The aku bite is ON off Haleiwa! Our guests were hooked up on trolled lures all morning, with hungry skipjack tuna crashing the spread in beautiful blue water. Birds were working bait schools everywhere we looked, and light winds with calm seas made for an easy, comfortable ride all day long. We run private trips out of Haleiwa Harbor for up to 6 guests, and all gear is included — just bring your sunblock and your best fishing attitude. Whale season (Oct–Mar) is just getting started, so humpback whales, sharks, turtles, and dolphins may show themselves on your trip if they choose. The aku are here now and the bite is hot.
