Cabo Fishing Charter Targets Marlin and Tuna
The family's original fishing plans centered on marlin and tuna. With Captain Luis operating the Riviera Blue Sky, the five guests headed into the Pacific waters surrounding Cabo San Lucas.
Although no marlin appeared in the final catch, the morning produced two dorado and three skipjack.
Dorado, also known as mahi-mahi, are prized for their brilliant colors, speed, and energetic fights. Their reputation as an excellent eating fish makes them a favorite among visiting anglers.
Skipjack belong to the tuna family and are recognized for their strength and quick movements. The three skipjack added another species to the family's offshore experience.
Tournament Dredge on Cabo Fishing Charter
The family selected a Tournament Dredge – Fish Attraction Device as part of their fishing arrangements.
Designed to resemble a moving school of baitfish, the dredge creates an underwater presentation intended to attract predatory gamefish, particularly marlin.
While marlin were among the family's original targets, the recorded catch consisted entirely of dorado and skipjack.
