Hello Mr. Glowacki, I most say we are sorry about your experience fishing with us, but… as you mentioned the crew tried hard and most of the times we succeed, one thing we have learn a long the years is than the Ocean is never the same, maybe we should just have canceled your excursion as most of our fishing areas were closed yesterday due to rough seas conditions, having to stay near by not having access to our fishing points our chances significantly decreased, but having such good season we were very optimistic and that’s why we gave the service, again we are sorry it did not worked as expected… something to consider when you purchase a fishing excursion is to have clear that is exactly that (FISHING!) No thing else, a fishing trip could be guaranteed to 99% but….. there is always that 1% that will make all the difference on your excursion, all we can do is work hard and let the fish do their part.
