Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry the experience didn’t meet your expectations. The sea conditions at that time impacted the trolling experience and the decision was made to reschedule the trip to try for better conditions. However, glad you all were able to hook some fish.

Kindly note that this trip was operated by Captain Ednie from E.I. Watersports, who is not a part of our in-house team. While the captain was not part of our in-house team, your experience still reflects on us—and I do apologise that he did not meet your expectations. He usually has good reviews so this is quite unusual.

Hello, sorry you had a bad experience. The captain (Chris) who actually works for our company and who uses our boat (the vessel in the listing) notified us that morning that he would not have been available for your trip.  Chris is a born fisherman with over 15 years of fishing experience. This is also a bit suprising as Eddie assists us with charters from time to time, and guests have been satisfied. Had we known that Eddie accepted the charter unprepared, we would have made other arrangements.
I am glad that you all were still able to catch some fish and seem to be happy in the photos. We hope that you can book with us again the next time you’re in Nassau so that we can provide a better experience. Thank you for your review.
