Had a slow day due to weather, we noticed everyone around us having the same trouble in all the reef spots too. Captain showed us techniques and taught us plenty about the fish and how they behave the entire trip. We still managed to bring up two Atlantic sharpnose, a 30lb barracuda, 20-24” permit, and a few other small guys, grunt, snapper, and mackerel. In all we were more than satisfied and would definitely recommend Big Bully Outdoors captain knows the reefs very well

We went on a half day tarpon trip.  It was a good morning bite hooking up to 3 fish right away.  We landed a couple fish that day one being my first!!!!

Captain Andrew’s tackle was new and up to date, all reels functioned smoothly.  He was also very patient and explained how we were fishing for these huge tarpon.  We already reserved our next trip dates for next year!  Cant wait to fish with them again!

I’ve had a few trips with Captain Andrew, and it was an absolute blast! We caught Amberjack on one trip, he had them chummed to the boat for 4 hours straight!!! These fish peeled drag from a Tarpon sized rig with ease!! Topped off the day with a Goliath Grouper caught and released on a handling in 60’ of water and sight casted a few Tripletail.
We caught some big Gag Grouper on another trip and made my personal best with a 32” slob!! Hard fighting and nonstop action for another 4 hours and ended the day with a nice Spinner Shark that was tagged and safely released.
The boat was spacious and very smooth riding, dry riding in even a good chop. The captain and deck hand are top notch and very friendly, always looking for good fish to pull on. I am very pleased with Big Bully Outdoors and actually have another trip planned in 2 weeks…I can’t wait!!

I’ve fished for a lot of things, but have always been told what until you get to handle a tarpon… I guess I didn’t realize what an amazing experience that would be! Started out searching for a pod of them and then I saw it, wow!!! Unless you have taken the time to experience that you have no idea what you are missing out on! To see them rolling in the water one after another is insane, and then to watch them on the side scanner on how many of them there are! Then the real excitement getting hooked up… The power of that fish is crazy to be able to see them jump out of the water is a must! If you have the opportunity to take a trip especially with captain Andrew you definitely should!!! So much knowledge, great experience, always top notch equipment to use, and so much more!!!

I had an absolutely awesome day with Captain Andrew! We caught snook and jacks in the morning before heading out for the big guys. Captain Andrew and crew put me on a feisty blacktip that they tagged for the NOAA apex predator program. After that we went in search of goliath groupers. Captain Andrew found them quickly and before long I was fighting a massive goliath! Mallory took awesome photos and video that I was able to share with my friends and family!

The boat is spacious and has a very comfortable ride. All of the supplied grear is top of the line and well maintained.

I can’t wait to fish with these guys again in the future!
