Had a great time on a full day trip with Captain Larry. Captain Larry was excellent at putting us on reds and trout while teaching us about picking the right spots and times to fish. I learned a ton that I can take home and use to be better on my hometown lake. The best part of the trip was how Captain Larry interacted with everyone on his boat. Ensuring he knew everyone’s name and giving equal attention for all members of our party.  My 5 year old even got to claim her own island aptly named P-shell Island (formerly piggy island). We all got to enjoy my daughter catching her first saltwater water fish, major proud dad moment.

If you have kids this is the Captain for you. Incredibly patient and genuine with my daughter which was awesome for her first trip our on a boat of this size.

Went out for a half day wading the flats with Larry and had a great time.  Within ten minutes of booking he was very responsive and absolutely punctual.  He called right away, we talked, he followed up the day before our trip and was right on time the day of.  Excellent fishing knowledge, and he was particularly good teaching my girlfriend how to cast and work a lure on her first time out.  She was really pleased with the right amount of hands on but also leaving her to do her thing and work it out on her own.

Larry put us on some nice spots, we caught some nice fish, and couldn’t have had a better morning.  He is a really good guy and I’d recommend booking with him wholeheartedly.  Have fun!

Awesome flats trip. We had some of the guys wade fish while others drift fished. Captain Larry put us on spots where we we all caught trout and reds and was happy to accommodate whatever we wanted. Too bad we just went thru the freeze and things were a little slower than usual but we did catch a lot more than we thought we would. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and couldn’t have been more enjoyable to go fishing with. He spent time with each us sharing his knowledge and taught three generations of family members from very novice to what we thought was very knowledgeable fishermen some new tricks. If you want to fish the bays, call captain Larry. We are already planning our fall trip with him. Thanks for everything captain Larry. We had a great trip.

Captain Larry was very knowledgeable and easy going. The boat was nice and stable and we got into some nice redfish and a couple trout not long after starting the day. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try artificial lures. I plan on returning!
