Background: I grew up on the Beau Vallon Beach. On school holidays, I went to help the fishermen pull in the fishing nets very early in the morning and also I was very interested in water sports. And in the early '70's, I was one of the first local boys to be a waterski instructor and paragliding boat operator. In 1981, I bought my first boat and have been providing private charters since then.
Techniques: Local Traditional Deep-sea fishing- including chumming for Amber jack / trevally- tunas, groupers and snappers- this sort of fishing is an art in itself.

What a day! While both of us love to fish, we’d only ever done it on the lakes where we grew up. We felt Seychelles could be a great place to give deep sea fishing a go. I read a lot of reviews and found that Gerry’s charters had a great reputation, which made me feel he was the one. So right! Great boat, great team, great day of fishing.
