Background
My uncle had a charter boat, the blue heron. I grew up helping him work on his boats and eventually to decking for him. He retired and I got into boat building with a custom boat builder "glen young boats" where I worked on and off as he needed me for years. At 19 I was licensed with a 100 ton license and I started running glens custom sportfish the "bill collector". I ran that boat and bought my own charter the next year. At the age of 20 I bought Blue Bayou Charters out of Biloxi. I was very successful adding a vessel to my fleet after a year, the blue bayou 2. I fished with Glen and on my boats till 2005 when hurricane Katrina hit. Katrina sank my boat and killed tourism in Biloxi. I then went into the oilfield where I spent over 230 days at sea in the gulf a year. I also kept a pleasure boat and fished tournaments and for pleasure for the next 11 years. I've now moved to orange beach and am back in the charter business, short of a natural disaster this is where I will retire.
Techniques
I love rig hopping and jigging and live baiting cobia. When wreck fishing I prefer to hold up, or drift dropping dead and live baits. When I'm tuna fishing I prefer live bait chunking. For the other blue water species I troll a variety of baits usually 6-8 line spread.

An avid fisherman myself. I was in Orange Beach, so I chartered the ALL IN with Captain Dustin Reed. We went for a half day cobia trip and I wasn’t let down! Seeing them big brown fish come swimming up behind some snapper was a beautiful site!  The water in Orange Beach is a bit nicer than where I’m from! 4 ling came up and 3 were landed! I don’t care who you are that’s great! Thanks Cap for a great time! We will definitely have to do it again! If anyone is in the OB area I definitely recommend going with ALL IN!

The All In is the real deal! Captain D went out of his way to make sure we had the best time. Fishing was fast and furious. I dont know how he finds the spots he does but as a catcherman and not a fisherman I appreciated the action. After this last trip there is no doubt ill be back for more. Thanks again Dustin we really appreciated it! You sir are a cut above the rest
