Fishing trip was a great time.Caught several yellow fins in morning then things got slow.If it was easy it would be called catching not fishing.Crew worked hard and did everything to make our trip great.Really enjoyed cruising alongside hundreds of dolphins.Thanks.

We spent over 800 USD, On this fucking boat trip that we’ve been looking forward to for months. Looking to do some trolling for some pelagics or some jacks. The captain took us to a beach and trolled back and forth for Spanish mackerel for 3 hours. Literally like 200 yrds, off a beach. We caught a bunch of tiny ones on tiny bait rigs (bigger bait bigger fish, try it). Only then did we do an hour of actual trolling with skirts. So the break down was: 45 minute transit to some shallow piece of shit spot, 3 hours catching baby mackeral and more bait, and 1 hour trolling towards deeper water. Only to get there and break down the poles and return to port for 1 hour transit. The skirts and gear we were using were terrible and looked like they were bought in Walmart. Seriously not worth our money. You come to a big time fishing spot in the world spend almost a grand to catch good fish and this is what you get from this company. Someone drew a Weiner (cock) in their guest book and said “thanks for a boat ride” and you know what? that’s what it ultimately was, a fucking boat ride. I’ve fished on other charters in Puerto Vallarta and this one was by far the worse.  I literally just got off the boat without saying anything and left as soon as we pulled to the pier. They’re lucky I didn’t have to take a dump, because I would of left a steamer in their MSD (marine sanitation device) this gimmick might work on gringos who dont know better. But not on seasoned fisherman. And to the first mate! We may not know Spanish fluently but we knew the whole time you were saying cuss words to us and talking shit. I wish I could get my money back for this shit experience. P.S The best part of the trip was the phallus shaped boat with two fishing poles coming out of it. That dude should do fucking murals.

We are very sorry about this bad experience.

Before the embarking we told your group that 6 hours gives only time for inshore fishing, and when you asked for big fish we recommend you to go further adding 2 additional hours, because big fish is outside right now, but you stuck to 6 hours, knowing that only small species would show up.

In that time, your group caught 26 bonitas and 6 spanish mackerel, not a bad day for fishing if you choose and inshore trip, to be honest. Bigger bait does not make a difference when there is no bigger fish around.

About the first mate bad attitude, we will take proper measures, this will never happen again. We are very sorry.

We had a great day on the water with Captain Tony and his mate Sebastian. Even though we only got into a few Jack we had a great day on the water. Sebastian made the best Ceviche we have ever had right on the boat. I was a little disappointed in the equipment as some of the reels were a little loose and clunky. If you’re looking for a way to get on the water for a little less money I would highly recommend this trip.

The boat and equipment were great. The crew could care less if we had a good time or not. I fully understand that catching fish is not something that is going to happen all the time. But the attitude of the crew can make a huge difference.  The only thing this crew cared about was there cell phones. We had to let them know at least 5 times when there was a fish on. I definitely will NOT book this company again

Terrible fishing. Worst ever in PV having gone about 40 times before
No fault of crew and captain. They were great!  Very friendly and tried extremely hard. Juan made great ceviche with the two skipjacks we caught. Perfect weather but no fish

The captain and crew were great.  Very attentive and helpful.  Only wish we had done the 8 hour trip.  The fresh fish salad / meal they prepared for us was also delicious.  All in all a great experience.

The captain and boat were what I expected but the 1st mate left a lot to be desired he never checked the bait or tried different depths when we weren’t even getting hits. When I asked him about trying different depths or he ignored me.  We really like our captain. We had 6 kids with us and he kept their interest and they really liked him. No fish or hits in 6 hours

Crew was fantastic. Shipping fish home was not explained very well and could’ve been improved. We ended up donating the fish locally. We need more information on how to ship fish to United States.

I’m sorry Dean, it was a misunderstanding and I did not provide the guide we give to our clients about the fish shipping:

The best option is to let us clean, filet, put in bags and freeze your fish, then, the day you are leaving Puerto Vallarta back to your country, you just have to buy a duct-tape roll, a plastic ice-cooler with the right size for the volume of your catch, come by the office to pick your fish, and take it to the airport, where they will inspect the content of the cooler, and then you will seal it with the duct tape and ship it along with you luggage. This is faster, cheapest and safest than shipping it via a packaging company.

We are glad you enjoyed the fishing, and hope to see you back soon.
