Background
Captain Samuel Lincoln and Joshua Lincoln have fished the waters surrounding Cape Cod for over twenty years. While growing up they had the opportunity of fishing with, working for and learning from some of the Cape's best charter captains and fishermen. From this they have been able to learn the best spots around the cape and the best techniques which will maximize your fishing success and ensure you are fishing the best spot at the time. Both captains Samuel and Joshua Lincoln specialize in targeting Sea Bass, Scup/Pormier, Striped Bass, Bluefin Tuna, Sharks, Bluefish, Bonito, Flase Albacore, Fluke, Tautog, Pollock, Haddock, Cod and a number of other offshore and canyon species . They run both Bad Kitty Too and Compromise I I. Both of these captains also have extensive experience fishing the waters of Florida and Texas in the winter and spring both inshore and offshore. Please ask if interested in these additional opportunities!
Techniques
We prefer to use the lightest tackle that is still most effective and try to avoid heavy wire line if possible. We don't want you to feel as if you are fighting the gear instead of the fish. We typically use 4500 sized spinning reels on inshore trips loaded with 30 pound braid and 15 to 30 pound flouro leader and medium action rods to let to you really feel the fish. For tuna we also try to use lighter versus heavier tackle depending on the angler so that they can experience the fight versus simply cranking in what feels like dead weight!

Went fishing on Friday, August 26, 2016

Great Captain and First Mate.  Fish were moving around and the Captain did a great job guiding us to the right places to fish. We each caught a large Striped Bass and they made the experience very enjoyable and memorable.
