On the day of your excursion, the water was durty due to the storm and that afect the fishing conditions. Because of this, our crew suggested trying to move to other areas in hopes of finding better conditions and giving your family a chance to catch a fish and experience reeling it in. We sincerely apologize if this did not feel clear or sufficient during your trip.

Regarding my absence, I was unable to be present on the boat due to an emergency; however, I was personally coordinating everything online the entire time to make sure your service went smoothly. This included ensuring that our driver, Alan, was on time to meet you, and also with the rest of our crew members.

We greatly appreciate your comments and will use them to keep improving our service. We truly hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you and your family with a much better experience on the water.

I’m truly sorry for what Captain Juan did by bringing a third person on board without consulting me first. It was a mistake on his part. He thought it would be okay to bring along someone who wants to learn the beautiful sport of sportfishing, but he should have asked for permission beforehand.

As I mentioned on the phone, thank you very much for the thoughtful gifts — the lures and the binoculars. Captain Juan also sends his thanks and promised this won’t happen again 🙏.

On the bright side, I’m glad you landed a big sailfish and a small tuna! You also told me two giant tuna got away… that’s fishing, my friend!
