We had a great trip even with the dolphins eating our fish and bait, also having to move around the weather I don’t understand people and poor reviews, I always do 100% but I guess you can’t please everyone all the time. Why don’t people say what they want to at the dock other than we had a great time Capt? Would be easier than a keyboard warrior.
This is message I got from you we were 1 fish shy of the limit and you know dolphins were stealing our fish off the hooks, really. There is never a guarantee of catching a limit of snapper on any length of trip, too many variables including angler participation,weather,slow bite, dolphins, sharks ect.

Sorry for your disappointment, we are slammed this time of year and I did not have much time to answer every inquiry and yours was missed. As far as amberjacks personally I won’t fish primarily for them on such a short trip, to many variables like sharks for one, example ,bait runs up the line after a Jack hits and another fish, king or sharks eats it while your fighting your fish and line is broke, so it’s not bad line.just bad luck. 1 boat out of 40 came to the dock with some jacks,  most likely 12hr trip or longer. I did inform prior deckhand about keeping tackle uncluttered and ready to use. Fresh Water pump broke on that trip, mechanical problems happen. AC control is in bad spot and gets bumped while sitting in that area, working on correcting that.If there is a next time we will try to make it up to you. Capt even gave you a little more time due to spending to much time jack fishing. I was right next to Capt. Brian when you texted him said you had a good time just wish you could have caught a few more fish.
