Great guy/boat especially with my kids.  Made the trip all about them and let them fish.  Allowed the kids to fish and not just watch the line in the water.  Fishing was somewhat slow but that was because of time of year and past storms.  I knew that going in.  I was not disappointed with the catch.  I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone.  I will be back at a different time of year.

My 12yo son is an avid angler and sea fishing was HIGH on his bucket list.  How lucky were we to have landed in the savy hands of Captain Tony. He took real good care of us, pulling all the stops.

His boat is very well kept and he set us up with the best of his gear.  All in all a GREAT first time out @ sea.

Black and Blue took our family of 4 first timers out and although we had a slow start to the day our Captain Tony used every trick in the book he knew to eventually put us on the fish.  He touched base with us prior to the trip to get a feel for our experience and give us a heads up on anything we would need to bring.  We booked the wrong type of trip and he made the changes last minute for course and gear with no problems, he is a good guy to go out with. He was waiting at the dock ready to go as planned, he made the trip out fun for my 2 sons by explaining some of the area and he even pointed out lots of marine life to us.  Unfortunately the Captain has no control over if the fish are biting but recognizing a slow day early in the morning Tony tried various techniques and while we debated heading in early to do some inshore fishing he encouraged us to stick it out and I am glad we did.  Later in the day the sun finally popped and we hooked up at least 4 good times and eventually pulled in a 20lb yellow tail tuna.  My whole family had a great time on this trip and if you have a small fishing group planning a trip I highly recommended Tony at Black and Blue.  I am very particular about the type of people I will have my family around but Tony without a doubt was a great guy and knew what and where to fish and I can’t thank him enough for making that one of the best days of our vacation.

We went fishing last Wednesday (August 5th, 2015) on Black and Blue, captained by Captain Tony DelMonte . The boat was fantastic and Tony really knows how to handle this brand new beautiful Parker fishing machine! The electronics package is something every boat operator would wish for. Finding and seeing/marking the fish using the Black and Blue’s system is a work of art that Tony does effortlessly. After Tony put us on the fish, his assistance was seamless and transparent, one hardly knew he was there working hard to keep the anglers organized and effective at all times. We took a couple of anglers that just finished playing summer collegiate baseball all summer up in Alaska, so their off shore fishing skills were a little rusty. Tony helped them through the day and made their experience on Black and Blue an experience they will not forget.
I look forward to my next trip on Black and Blue Captained by Tony.
