Paid for transportation round trip to the marina. Driver was about 20 mins late so we hopped in a cab. To his defense there was some kind of a foot race through town and thy had half of the road closed down. They were apologetic. Left the dock a little late as well. I booked a trip on the Big Bite boat and we went on the Happy Ours boat. The boat was a little dated. No AC (but never needed it) Captain Juan and his crew worked very hard all day. They had us on some fish fairly early. I was hoping to catch at least a mahi mahi or a sailfish. I caught both. Juan asked if we wanted to spend the last hour fishing on the bottom and we thought that would be fun. He knew right where to go and the action was fast. Caught 6 trigger fish, a red snapper, and a big Grouper. Trolling we caught 1 Bonito, 1 Blackfin tuna, 1 Barracuda, 3 Mahi Mahi and of course the sail fish. It was a great day of fishing. The Crew was wonderful and they cooked up some filets for us at the restaurant at the marina. They asked me while I was fighting the sailfish if I wanted to keep it. I said I just wanted some pictures and then release it. They were happy to do just that.
I would recommend this company and especially Captain Juan and his crew. I would book them again.

We had a gorgeous day fishing and caught 10 barracuda. Literally didn’t have to do anything except reel them in. Just relax and drink and enjoy the view. It was nice to keep a couple that they fillet for us to take home. They advertise cooking your fish but refused when we asked.

It would have been nice to know when booking that they don’t go “deep sea fishing” on the 4 hour trip. We didn’t go very far, left 20 min late and arrived back 30 minutes early. Other than that it was a nice experience and the fishing was great.

Heavenly’ Captain Pepe was great. I took my wife and two daughters ages 13 and 10 on a half day trip with Pepe.  He made sure everyone was comfortable and understood the Boat, the bathroom, etc before we left port.  His first mate, Efrahim, kept himself busy rigging our rods and dealing with our bait.  We did not catch what we went after but that’s fishing I guess…Pepe and Efrahim did their best in my opinion. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I got seasick.

They were great and I would go with them again.

I had booked the Beluga for a 3/4 day with 6 buddies while we were visiting in Cancun. 4 of the guys are not fisherman but wanted to go while in Cancun.
First the shuttle set up through the marina was a 1/2 hour late, which we are ok with, We know Sh*t happens. I put a deposit on the Beluga and when I arrived at the dock they switched boats to the Ostra. I was expecting it to go down like that because I have fished a lot in Mexico and had read another review that it just happened to another customer. This is not cool. I had been in communication with someone days prior to the trip and this was never brought up. Since we were already there we agreed to go on the Ostra. I will say the crew was awesome and made up for the owner of the boat and his attitude. While we were on our way to the fishing grounds we lost one of the motors and the seas where rough. The deck hand asked if we wanted to go back but we decided to just add 2 hours to the trip to make up for the slower boat. If it was not for the crew I would give this trip a 1 1/2 star but they worked very hard to make up for the mishaps. Also the bait tank ( trash can with a hose ) failed.
I have used Fishing Booker several times and have always been satisfied but this was not good, I would recommend dropping these boats from your list.
