I would like to say that here at Fintastic fishing we do a great job. Some people you just can’t please I guess. We’re did talk the day before the trip and I told you you would be fishing with Capt Phil. I recently had a total knee replacement, and captain Phil that ran This trip has been working for me driving my boats for over eight years now he is not a subcontractor. This is the very same boat that I advertise and we just took the wrap off of it and we’re having it redone. As any fishing trip goes, our weather temperatures have been very low down here recently and Fishing was very tough. We try to do our absolute best to catch you as many kinds of fish, but it was just a tough day.  Everyone knows you can’t control the weather or the waves that got you wet ,or the fishing. Also, boats will be boats and they do break every once in a while. We run a very straight up great fishing trip and you can tell by the reviews on my site. Yeah I’m so sorry that you weren’t happy. I wish you had called me while you were here and I want to try to do something for you. We want to make everybody happy.

Sonia this is Captain Mike Patterson.  I really . sorry that you feel that way . We had an afternoon trip that day late and I called you when you booked that trip and you agreed that you would be there 11:45. I was personally there when you and your children got back to the dock and I asked you how things were and you told me things were great and everybody had a good time. My captain Phil stepped off the boat to clean all the fish that you had caught and everything was fine. I am very sorry that you feel this way but here in Florida keys were very happy to make everybody enjoy the trip. If there’s anything I can do for you to make you happy I will be there to do it. I was not there when you showed up late for your trip and blamed it on traffic. I am just letting you know that we always do our best and thank you so much.
