weather record low for florida and windy so didn’t catch shark, but capt joe figured this and made sure we at least caught something. 2-redfish & 5 stingrays. Not disappointed at all, it was great experience, can’t help what mother nature does.

Fished February 21, 2017. I wasn’t able to catch anything that was good to eat but captain Joe did everything he could to get me a fish in the boat. He was very professional and the boat was awesome. I would definitely book another trip with him in the future. I’d probably do the all day trip next time.

These two guys were awesome. My son and I had a great time. They find the fish and make you feel relaxed. Awesome stories and they both have some bad a$$ trucks.  Book your next Charter with them. 1/2 day or full day. I let it offshore you will have a blast. I recommend the offshore. We hope to go back in March. Call Capt Joe today.

My wife and I and our 2 boys(14 &10;) scheduled an offshore charter with Capt. Joe for July 2nd. We showed up at the marina, not sure what to expect, as we have been on many charters and have had mixed results and mixed experiences. Both Capt. Joe and William were very informative and engaging. They made sure that all of us had a great time. On that day, we were 1 of 2 boats that had any real success. Capt. Joe made sure we were comfortable all day and put us on the fish. This was truly our best charter experience.

Sorry Mick
I spend near 300 days on the water each year on the water and there are times were this happens. I should have used better judgement and cancelled the trip.I really though I could but it together for you. Sorry I failed. I did however add a addition quest that day at no charge and refunded you back 100.00 The weather that day was not it saided was predicted.

Very good trip with FinFactor and Captain Joe. Departed about 4.30pm we had to wait for some inland storm to pass. Good decision as the water was quite rough. Reaching the fishing spot, Joe prepared the tackles and bait. About 15 minutes after, the first shark was already on the other side of the line. Good sized with such a decent fight. We landed 4 of them. The sea was quite choppy so I started to feel seasick, but Joe made sure that I’m OK all the time. At one point, the fishes stopped eating, and we just sat there waiting. Joe kept on repositioning all 4 rods, changing the bait, launch the kite, basically everything to make sure we catch some more.

It was a good fun trip. Joe was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend FinFactor for your next fishing trip out of Port Canaveral.

The captain went out of his way to ensure I had a wonderful time fishing. His knowledge of the different types of bait needed to catch the different types of fish and the places the different fish were at was amazing. He is truly a fish whisperer:) I caught all kinds of fish and had the most outstanding fishing experience. It was worth every penny. This captain is beyond great. I would recommend this charter to everyone I know, friends, family, and anyone here on vacation. He knows these waters like the back of his hand.

Captain Joe works harder than any charter captain I have ever seen to find the bite for you. My son had a grin from ear to ear pulling up the biggest fish he had ever caught !  He has already started to save his money he earns from mowing lawns and doing chores in a “Captain Joe” jar to get ready for next year.

Trust Captain Joe to do whatever it takes to make your charter a fishing trip to remember. He KNOWS how to put you on the fish !!

Fishing with Cpt. Smith was one of the best fishing experiences I have ever been a part of. Not only did we have a perfect day with some of the best tackle I have used, we caught tarpon and huge ones at that. Cpt. Smith put us on 3 tarpon which we caught 2; one being 70+lbs and the other 145+lbs. It was a perfect day and a day I’ll never forget. Thanks Cpt. Joe Smith!

Went Boating on Fin Factor with my son last weekend. We are avid fisherman and fished my boats for years. But I never boated anything like that. Joe put us in the right spots, with great equipment and we landed 2 of three. First was a 70 lb but that was dwarfed by the 140 lb tarpon hooked 3o minutes later . It took us two hours and Joes expertise to land that Monster. Now I have one on my son 140 beat that.
