Took a 4 hr morning charter with 2 other adults. Had a great time. Todd was a great guide. He was prepared and professional, enjoyable to be around and interact with. He even cleaned our fish 😎. All the equipment was in good working order. I think 3 adults is the most I would go with, as 4 adults trying to fish would be a bit crowded in my opinion. It got very hot but the fishing was great. Lost count of the amount we caught to be honest. Lots of trout, reds, and a few randoms like croaker and lady fish. We even caught a puffer fish 🐠
Great experience with Fishnut Charters and will be booking again in the fall.

Todd hosted the 4 of us for a morning trip. We had been on one trip a couple years ago so we were not rookies but not far from it. Todd would cast my boys poles until they got comfortable and he taught my wife how to use the reel. He was patient and a great teacher.

The morning started slow as the tide came in so we went to catch shrimp. Todd would throw the net and my boys, 12 and 8, would grab the shrimp and stick them in a bucket. They had fun with that!

We moved a couple more times until we found the fish. The 4 of us got into some reds, trout, and few other types of fish. I think 6 species in all. We probably caught 30 fish combined which kept Todd busy!

Todd made our day on the water memorable and we would have had fun even if the fish didn’t bite!
