- Twenty years ago I started coming to Key West for the winter months to get out of the harsh winter months in New York. Over the years, I learned the waters for the Florida Keys very well and fished any spare time I had on my father's boat. In 2012 I decided to move to Key West and make what I loved into my career. For the first year, I worked as a mate on a commercial fishing boat. In 2013 I bought the Color Change and started commercial fishing and building a successful business. Every day is spent on the water, whether I am running trips or commercial fishing, which in turn gives me a great idea of where to go and what’s biting to put my customers on the best fishing possible. I’m blessed to be able to wake up and do what I love every day, and I look forward to sharing my love for the water with many happy clients.
- Techniques
- I’ve always loved light tackle fishing, you get the best fight and a great challenge. You against the fish! Also love jigging wrecks, you never know what your going to hook and the strike on a jig is incredible.
