Booked a 6 hr trip, cut it short after 3+ hrs of driving around burning fuel in 8-10ft swells. Absolutely no action, not even a nible, and crew did not seem to have any alternative plans or care one way or another. Don’t expect crew to get us to fish every time but for $600 I do expect some effort to find fish and communicate with us about their plan. Waste a morning and $.

To preface this review, I have been fishing since I was a young boy. The type of fishing that we expected was not what we did. My understanding from the booking was that we would troll and jig. We were told two hours into the trip that we would only be trolling.l, and to make matters worse we didn’t catch or hook a single thing. There wasn’t any introduction, minimal talking, no explanation of what we were going to do for the day. The deck hand didn’t seem interested in having a conversation any time we tried to make one. While the captain was overall a nice person I don’t think they are interested in giving you a good fishing experience nor care about you, but instead just want to make a quick buck. I’m sorry to be harsh but our experience with teaser charters was horrible. I don’t recommend anyone book with them.

We apologize for your unsatisfactory experience on your fishing trip with us.
Our regular fishing trips are trolling and jigging trips.
We do not offer any light tackle bottom fishing trips close to shore as you expected and thought you booked for.
That is why all info of our fishing trip services are clearly stated on the FishingBooker website and we do not have any equipment for ligthtackle bottom fishing
As the wind and sea current were quite hard on that day, jigging was impossible.At the beginning of the trip we did introduce ourselves and explained where the drinks and bathroom were.
We also informed you where you could have a seat and we did not know that you needed more info of the trip as our clients usually ask when they are not sure of something or when they would like more info.
We would have gladly helped you with any requests or info.
During trolling our mate was changing fishing baits and lures all the time and he would have answered any questions you would have.Furthermore after 1 hour out there fishing you became sea sick and requested us to go back to the dock, as 3 of you were throwing up from the 3 to 5 foot seas.
We followed your request ,and did also offer you to go back out with your sister, because she wanted to go back fishing for the last remaining 2 hours, but her mom refused to let her go.
Please bear in mind that we were out trolling for only 1 hour and you became sick after that, which did not give you enough time to catch a fish. Unfortunately we can not forecast how many fishes we will catch each day.Kind regards,

The captain and crew were awesome. They offered polite conversation and advice during the trip. The boat was ready to go when we arrived and we were fishing within 15 minutes of getting on the boat. They also cleaned and bagged our fish for us. We caught a few tuna and had a Mahi Mahi get off close to the boat. Excellent time.

Captain MAYBE said 10 words to me on a 4 hour trip. Mate baited hooks and kept to himself, attempted to make convo a couple of times to no avail. Got one bite and lost it due to a snapped leader line. Not a great experience overall. Ok not to catch fish, that happens…apathy of the crew didn’t help.

The captain and first mate, they know what they are doing out there. This was the 15th time that I booked with them. All the other times we caught fish, last year in August 2 yellowfin tuna with other fish, the year before an 8 foot sailfish. last week nothing. The captain did his best but, no boats were catching nothing. I’m senior citizen who’s handicapped and they both got me on and off the boat with no problems. I’ll be back in August and they already know I’m fishing with them.

We had an excellent fishing experience with Captain Rudolf and First mate Brian! Our first time deep sea fishing in Aruba, and my first time deep sea fishing ever! At a time when other boats were getting skunked, we caught 4 large fish; 2 Wahoo, a yellow fin tuna and a Bonito! Saw 3 sharks. We highly recommend the TEASER.

I had a great day. Captain and crew were awesome! Fish were not biting as you could hear over the radio, but still managed a 30 lb. Wahoo.
They sold it to a restaurant, and the prepared a wonderful meal for my wife and I that evening.
Prime fishing in Aruba is in the fall months, I will hire the Teaser crew again without a doubt!

These guys are professionals, Milton and Brian did everything they could to hook us some fish. The day started off slow (that’s why we call it fishing) but finished with a bang. All in, we caught a yellowfin tuna, 4 wahoo, and 2 barracuda. When we got back to the dock it was like we were local celebrities…pictures, questions asked, etc. Guess what? Everyone else got skunked that day. We were the only ones to bring something back with us. We split up the meat of the fish and headed on our way…delicious.
We had a blast, if I’m ever in Aruba again, I know who I’m fishing with.

The crew was awesome, they got us right on the fish, and even with really rough seas managed to catch a lot of fish. I have been on a lot of fishing trips in other countries and islands and this trip was by far the best. We ended up ending the trip a little early because we were so tired of reeling in fish. The trip was good in the sense that we caught fish. None of our family had been deep fishing before. We were told that there was a bathroom and that if we were going to get sick to stay outside and go to the back. We had to ask if we could go up deck.There was very little communication with the captain and one crew member. I read other reviews and wish we would have been paired with someone that liked to really take people out and enjoyed talking so we could help pass the 4 hours. We caught our fish within the first 90 minutes and then we just trolled around looking for other schools of fish. When you pay as much as the trip cost plus the gratuity, it seems that it could have been more memorable. We were not offered to take photos at the dock with our catch. A big disappointment for our boys. Our captain really just wanted us to pay him and then move on. The captain did set us up with The Driftwood restaurant for our dinner meal.

Four of us adults took the trip. The captain and mate were good to us. Nice guys, but all business. When I booked the trip, I was told that there would be plenty of steady seating on deck. There was 1 fighting chair and a small cooler. Being that I am disabled, my guys kept me in the chair the whole trip, meaning they stood the whole time. The seas were pretty big and everyone but I got sick (I used to race offshore sailboats so I had an advantage). We brought a case of beer and a bottle for the trip but didn’t drink any. None of my guys, my son and his 2 best friends, will ever go ocean fishing again and that is a shame.
I talked to some people who took charters off the reef near our hotel (were picked up at the hotel) and they caught alot of fish and were very comfortable in much lighter seas. That was not an option for us. Our captain said that the seas were normal. If that was the case, I wouldn’t take any inexperienced people on this trip. The final straw was when I tried to pay with credit card as, I was told I could, and the captain miraculously didn’t have his card reader that day.

Okay…so this was our first deep sea fishing trip. On the boat were 3 adults and 2 children (5 and 7), plus the first mate and captain.
We set sail on time. The captain was polite and professional, but I would not call him friendly. We had very little interaction with him. We interacted mostly with the first mate. I couldn’t tell you his name because he never introduced himself.
We expected four hours of fishing, what we got was a 3 and a half hour boat ride with 3 x 10 minutes of catching fish…but hey, its called “fishing”, not “catching”.
We caught a wahoo, sailfish (which was very exciting) and a mahi-mahi.
We thought the crew would have done some more explaining as we were all on our first fishing trip.
The boat was clean and in working order.
Would only recommend for kids >12 years old.

Ok here’s my review… It’s called fishing, not catching… Captain Milton before we left the dock gave me a heads up that things had been a little slow since hurricane Matthew brush their area a week before we arrived… He decided to take us north instead of his recent experience that going south had not produced much luck… Very shortly after our mate Brian placed the baits in the water, we had a wahoo that failed to hook up… In total 3 wahoo missed hookups along with a few Mahi… We did end up with 2 small Mahi by the end of our charter… My only concern was after our charter we were told by Captain Milton that the Driftwood restaurant would prepare our catch at half price… After my wife and I spent a couple of hours shopping in the area we returned to the dock to see what other charters had caught and noticed that our catch had been laying out in the sun for over two hours on the dock behind the Teaser…. This could be the Aruba’s culture on how they handle fish by not icing them down or Driftwood restaurant not picking up our catch in a timely manner… Either way we decided to forgo the dining experience… All being said I would take Captain Milton out again but I would first do my homework on the best time of season to target game fish and not meat for the table… We did tip Captain Milton $100 and hope he shared it with his first mate Brian… Like I said at the beginning of the review… It’s called FISHING and not called CATCHING…

My wife and I had the best experience with captain Milton and mate Bryon on the Teaser . Captain put us on a sailfish the first 20 minutes of the trip while Bryon coached the sailfish to eat the the bait for a fight of a lifetime. We had a lot of barracuda run offs after that . Then we came across a bunch of Mahi Mahi and Blackfin tuna that gave us some more excitement to end the trip off .

Went on 1/2 day morning charter on 7/14 with a family of 5 (3 college age kids and wife). Weather was good and the schedule was for a 7-11 am trip. Captain greeted us with a big smile but was relatively quiet overall….very professional. The first mate Brian was very entertaining throughout our trip and very skillful in assisting my kids when their time came in the fighting chair :).
The ship has a below deck with bathroom which was nice but pretty basic below. They provided a cooler with water and soda which was nice. Brian set out 4 lines that were placed strategically so as not to get tangled. Captain Milton piloted the boat back and forth toward the south end of the island and we set back and waited for a nibble. My wife enjoyed the view and the idea that she did not have to really do anything :).
We got 2 real bites in the first 2 hours and 2 of my 3 kids were able to jump in the main fighting chair and reel in a large Mahi Mahi and a large Bonito. They were both very excited and Brian helped them as necessary along the way. Unfortunately my third kid got sick (motion sickness) and spent a considerable amount of time giving back to the sea. Since we had already caught 2 fish and my other daughter was sick, we asked Captain Milton to take up back early.
As soon as I asked, he responded immediately and fired up the engines all out to return us back to pier ASAP. Brian fileted our fish on the pier at no additional charge and Captain Milton provided plastic bags to transport our catch back to the cooler in our van.
We rented a house on the island and took our catch back and had grilled Mahi and Bonito for lunch the same day. It was fantastic. We had enough to save some for grilling later in the week. All in all a good experience, nice crew, nothing fancy, but fun. If you are sea sick prone, may want to take something in advance as the seas are always active in Aruba along with the wind.

The sea was rough and we tried to continue our trip but our party of six were fading fast. The captain was kind enough and turned the boat around. These guys were great, we went out for 2 half days and caught fish both days. The only thing I wish I would have know is that you have to tell Captain Milton that you would like to pay by credit card before you get there that day. Fortunately we had enough cash on us to pay for the Wednesday trip. However they were great and we were able to pay for the Friday trip via credit card once we gave him an advanced notice. We caught fish both days and I will be using them again next year….

The day was beautiful, it was very windy and there were a lot of waves but that’s to be expected with the wind. My wife was sea sick but was a trooper and we still enjoyed our trip, caught a nice size Mahi and a big Wahoo, almost had a Marlin but he just wouldn’t take the bait. The young mate was very nice and attentive and talked to me the whole trip, Captain Milton was nice and even checked on my wife to see how she was feeling. All in all a great trip we would do it again with Captain Milton and TEASER when we return to Aruba.

Once again the Teaser made good on its promise to provide us with the best possible fishing experience! The first boat out and the the best catch of our dock mates at the pier. Fishing is of course based on your luck but the experience and dedicated competitive pride of the captain and crew gives you the edge That’s why Captain Milton is our first choice when we book our outing here in Aruba. Three nice yellow fin tuna wound up on the menu at the Driftwood prepared to perfection. We took a big portion back to the workers at our timeshare who never forget a kind act. Maybe kindness is the third key to a successful charter. But I know this ...it will always be the Teaser for the two of us because they don’t TEASE. They DELIVER !

I don’t know what happened but we only caught 1 fish on our way in very close to the end. The first mate mentioned something about some “big swell” and no one was getting strikes. I think the Captain tried to get us hooked up but there wasn’t much mentioned as to what was going on since his first mate was mostly up on the upper level the entire trip and didn’t speak to us much. The boat was nice and the equipment seemed good as well but the communication was poor.

We caught 1 Mai and had one knock down that we did not hook. We did stop over some Bonito and Mate Brian jigged a couple up for us.

Milton and his helper were great!! First cast I already hooked something. At the end of the day we brought in 5 average sized fish. But the rest of both piers barely had any. We through about 10 back that were smaller. On a slow day we definitely had the better out of everyone. Took a moment for them to warm up and start speaking but after they did it was great! Would go again. If you do catch anything and want to eat it, I highly recommend going to the restaurant they work with. You get as much of the fish that you caught that you want. Plus sides. Very great restaurant and not too pricey!

We rented the boat for six hours and were busy for almost all of that time. We got 23 total fish (2 poleto, 2 Wahoo, 18 tuna and a blue marlin). The captain circled between the ledge where wahoo lurk and the tuna schools. The blue marlin was a total accident catch as we weren’t fishing for them at all. The captain was very nice and answered all our questions. The first mate was tremendous and very fun to fish with. We recommended the boat to two couples at our resort who went out two days later and caught tuna, wahoo and bonita. Only drawback on the boat is the lack of a foot rest and belt which would have helped reeling in the blue marlin.

We met Milton the captain at the dock at 730 am. Brian was the deckhand that day. He invited us on and we were fishing in 10 minutes. The fishing grounds are right off the island. We never lost sight of the island. Both folks were super nice and we fishing the entire 4 hours. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a bite all day. So, it turned out to be just a nice boat ride and view of the island. We trolled the entire time for wahoo and mahi. We at the dock the day before and saw the 4 mahi they brought in. None of the other boats caught fish that day either so I didn’t feel too bad.

My fiancé and I chartered this boat with captain Milton on a Sunday for half a day. It was my first time deep sea fishing but my fiances 7th charter. It far exceeded our expectations. Captain and first mate were great, we ended up coming upon a school of mahi mahi and catching 27 fish, two large ones. There were so many we were pulling them onto the boat with our hands. We fished for the full 4 hours even with a cooler overflowing with fish. When we returned they filleted the fish for us right on the dock and we walked it to a restaurant next door. It was the best fish we have ever had (and most fresh!). True five star experience!

Everything went very well though. We had to come in a little early because my wife was too sea sick, but we caught three fish in the three hours out. We had no issues what so ever with the charter though, and would definitely do it again.

We had a lovely morning out on the boat. The fish were not forthcoming, but the equipment was good and Brian was a great crew member! We did see a massive pod of Dolphines which was amazing.

My boyfriend and I are so glad we took this charter; it was the highlight of our vacation for sure. Milton and Brian were amazing, they were very professional and knew exactly where to go. By 9:30am we had filled the huge cooler (see picture). We caught 35 fish in total consisting of albacore tuna, bonito, and one wahoo. We had three bigger fish on, two wahoo and one mahi mahi, but unfortunately we lost them (I’m sure it was our fault). I have never caught that many fish in such a short amount of time, even during snapper blue season in New England. Our catch was so big that no one believed i participated. Random adults were posing with our fish on the dock passing it off as theirs. And to all the passers by that couldn’t believe it: YES, A WOMAN CAN CATCH ALL THOSE FISH!!! Thanks for the great time guys! If I ever go back to Aruba you’ll be the first ones I call. Next time I’ll reel harder and we’ll land the big guys, maybe a few billfish?

Chartered Teaser for an afternoon fishing trip for Feb 17th. We promply met at designated time, meeting location was easy to find. Accommendations were great, caught several fish. Captain made arrangements with local restrauant to prepare our fish for dinner same day of catch. Plan to charter with Teaser on future trips to Aruba.

Hi rick sorry that the fish was slow that day and was a lithel rough down here it gets rougher some times but that is out of our hands to control that is fishing we try our best to catch a fish for rick with no luck but the fish just dint want to bite that day for me and all the other charter boats once again sorry and happy new year TeaserCharters.

Captain Milton and deckhand Rudolph, were so experienced, capable, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable. Captain Milton knew all the “hotspots”. Rudolph was so attentive and constantly checking bait, changing lures, offering drinks and telling stories. Great guy. When we caught fish, he successfully helped land a beautiful barracuda and an amazing yellow fin tuna! Rudolph cleaned both fish in no time, at the pier, professionally. The boat had all the latest equipment, comfortable chairs and competitive prices. Great guys to do business with. Would I rebook with Teaser Charters? 0 yes! Highly recommended. Captain Milton is a younger, very confident fisherman. Rudolph has been fishing longer and sure knows his business. I also respect they’re conservation attitude towards preserving certain species of fish. Very responsible. Thanks guys. Great experience!

Captain Milton and First Mate Doddy form an unbeatable team of professional sportsmen whose combined efforts made this THE most memorable charter of our lives ! We have been fishing Aruba Since the late 80s and have never been disappointed. But until our trip on the Teaser we didn’t know what sport fishing could be. To hook a sailfish and watch it break the surface with the sun gleaming off it’s considerably large body was a fishermans dream and to land it after fighting against its size and the sea was something to brag about. And I am. The fact that we went on to catch dinner and later consume it at the Driftwood where it was cooked in four different ways is secondary. We spent six wonderfully relaxing and exciting hours with a Captain whose SUPER knowlege of location and timing resulted in multiple hits. Add to this his SUPER vision to actually see fish from his lofty position and we had an enjoyable trip start to finish. We didn’t get cheated of time on the water or of courtesy and attention to our needs. But the other Super man in this boat was the mate. Doddy never stopped changing bait cleaning the boat preparing and checking our lines etc. he never sat during our six hours. He wanted us to catch fish as much if not more than we did. His enthusiasm was unending. And his knowledge of what hit our bait by looking at it was super human. God willing we will be on board next year with this boat and crew. Doddy kept fishing cleaning serving beverages and teaching us his trade . What a polite and friendly young man who just happens to have many years of experience on his resume inspite of being in his early 20 s Fishing since his childhood has paid off for him and for us. They know how to find and to catch. Easy to book. Fair price. Safe boat comfortably arranged CLEAN. Doesn’t hug the shore. Takes you out where the fish are. I lost one very large sailfish but I landed one. I’m going to try to include a picture. But if I can’t. Close your eyes and imagine. I did and it came to be. Because of Two SuperHeros who made this trip to Aruba our best ever.
I like the fact that Captain Milton owns the boat and takes pride in his family s name and reputation. And brings the best possible mate who is a captain in his own right into the bargain. This boat is trustworthy. No one can promise you fish. But they promise to try to the last possible moment to do so. Friend, husband and I walked to the marina looking to book a fishing charter. We found Teaser and chose right! We were on the boat twice, becuse first time boat broke and we needed to reschedule the trip for few days later.
That day the fishing was slow and other boats didn’t catch much, but Kenny didn’t quit. We were trolling and caught Mahi, the one we ate later that night. :) It was delicious and we enjoyed it.Captain and first mate were awesome! Knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Teaser charter!

We chartered Teaser on April 4th. It was a Half Day morning trip. The fishing was pretty good that morning as we heard that morning trips are bettter. Few Mahi Mahi were caught, Wahoo, Tuna and the trophy was Blue Marlin! :) It was a 180lbs B. Marlin and we released it after short fight. My daughter caught it and it was her first Marlin ever. We were so happy, and she was super excited! Captain and crew were great, polite, knowledgeable and fun.
I would highly recommend Teaser charter and Captain Pichardo.

If you want an perfect fishing experience, this is the right boat for you!
The boat was nice and clean, captain and mate were kind, friendly and made us feel relaxed. Not to mention the excellent fishing. The catch of the day was HUGE Mahi-Mahi and we ate it for dinner. Captain sent it to a restaurant where we dined. This was the first time I tasted Mahi, and never ate a fish like this before. DELICIOUS! Now I know a bit more about taste of a fresh fish. :)

I went out twice with them! First time we caught a bunch of tuna and second time some more tuna and a 500 lbs Blue Marlin!!! The guys know how to fish and are very friendly. They don’t keep the fish and are the lowest priced charter at the the docks! If you are in Aruba you must go to Teaser Charters!
