If you are looking for a great day in the water that includes sailing, snorkeling reefs, and throwing in some fishing to boot, then this trip is for you. What makes it great and unique is that it isn’t just a fishing trip. To me, the fishing is actually the bonus. I don’t believe that there is currently another trip in the area quite like it. It’s one of the other. This trip gives you the best of all things available, and add a great Captain to boot. Do not be fooled by the initial dingy trip to his moored vessel. That truly becomes apart of the whole experience. And we finished the day with a great lunch that the Captain prepares for you below while you sit on the deck relaxing. I’d give this trip 6 stars if it was an option.

This trip is not really much of a fishing trip, but more of a sailing/snorkeling trip.  Can’t troll at proper speed with just the wind that day.  Thankfully I was prepared for this situation and expected it.  We did book a sailboat even though it was labeled a fishing trip.
Captain was great.  Day was fantastic.  Just don’t expect to actually fish.

My wife and two boys (16yo and 13yo) had the pleasure of spending New Year’s Eve day with Captain Chris on his boat.  Everything was just right.  He was there waiting for us, explained everything on the boat clearly and efficiently, he had some snacks and drinks, and most importantly, he gave us a great sailing adventure.  While we didn’t catch the “big one”, we did have fun trying and the snorkeling at two diff reefs was really amazing.  He worked extra hard to get us moored at the second spot, where the fit was a bit tight.  But he was dead set on us having a blast, and we did!  Thanks again, Captain Chris!!
