The Blue Waters 2 team is open for business. The boat has been painted and sanitized and the crew will adhere to wearing bluffs or facial covering and gloves. You bring your own party to fish so there are no strangers on the boat. Summer time is a super time for mahi mahi, sailfish,kingfish, black fin tunas and more! Looking forward to entertaining your family or group.

Talk about a small world! We fished the Stuart family who are based in Hong Kong and work with the H2O pro lures and tackle there. Live bait has been scarce so the crew loaded up from the bait boat. The edge was in 500' and looked very active with birds and scattered weed. Capt John had the mate set out a nice trolling spread and they were rewarded with larger single Mahi Mahi-not the normal December catch but very acceptable! The flurry of action was on the edge with single and double bites. The edge ended as fast at it appeared and so the crew set up kite fishing on a faint edge. The baits were fresh but there was just a bonita on the long kite. After enjoying lunch, the group decided to go back to trolling. The last part of the trip they captures a few king fish that were released and some happy but tired anglers returned to the dock.

We hate to recommend any medications, even those that are “over the counter.” The ocean has been choppy to rough all month. IF we didn’t prepare you for the conditions, we apologize. We have been giving clients sea conditions all month and most have told us they still wanted to go on the trips. Hopefully you will visit us in the summer when the sea is calm and we can take you on a better trip.

Picture on website shows deck chairs and there was one chair for fishing. The air conditioner worked fine but the fumes from the engine were too overwhelming to stay in the cabin. Bait was changed once at our suggestion. Took 45 minutes to go out and 15 to get back??? First mate was not pleasant.

We’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Capt John usually goes out slowly so they don’t throw water over the boat. Coming in, the seas were coming with the boat so the ride was faster. Mates can get complacent about trolling baits. We will certainly chat with the mate and try to correct the issues. Please give us another chance to entertain you.
