You can not ask for a more personable guy to spend the day with. Captain Terry went the extra mile, and then some to put me on fish. If I am back in Galveston, I will definitely be booking with him again. Thanks for a great day of fishing, laughs, stories and what will be tasty fish dinners with my family.

Had a blast with captain Terry he put us on the fish right out of the gate he had very good tips on how to do things and what kind of hooks to use when I get back home and do some fishen and so hoo ever wants to get a good captain look up captain Terry he will do u good on getting ur limit of fish to get and I will can’t wait on next year so we can do it again with captain Terry so yal book him he will do yal good and take yal to the fish

What a day! Captain Terry was awesome! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My son was having trouble setting the hook and was missing fish and I was quite rusty with my cast. So, Terry took us to an area he knew was teaming with sand trout. And man was it. We couldn’t keep the bait in the water for more than 5 minutes before a fish was on. He worked with my son and really helped him hone in his skills on setting hooks and really boosted his confidence. After about 40 minutes or so and 10 keepers in the cooler. He had us really dialed in. We then set out from spot to spot catching fish, sharing laughs and good conversations. In total, with the expert knowledge of the fish and area Captain Terry provided, we came back with 15 keepers of various species. If you’re looking to book a guided trip in the Galveston area look no farther than Captain Terry. Attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional are the words that come to mind for me when describing Terry. Next time we’re in Galveston, we’ll definitely be looking to book another trip, Thanks Captain Terry for the amazing experience!

On my time off as a fishing guide myself, I like to fish new parts of the Nation and world.  This year, my wife brought me to Texas with Capt Terry.  Let’s just say my expectation is high- which Capt Terry exceeded! Bull Reds, Trout and a mess of good sized Sheepshead were caught never having a dull moment in 8 hours of fishing.  Capt Terry is patient and worked with us both and showed us the techniques for his fishery! His boat is comfortable and well maintained with a new engine.  We made it back to the dock, met Goerge (the Snowy Egret) where Terry cleaned our catch.  We had our fresh catch at the Waterman’s restaurant.  Five feet from the cleaning station.

Two out-of-towners in Galveston for a long weekend trip. We had excellent time with Terry and his “And More” trip on 07Sept2021.  We caught PLENY of keepers (redfish, speckled trout, sand trout, and one large Gafftopsail catfish) and many others that were tossed back (small speckled trout, small catfish, needlefish, skipjack).  The two of us probably caught ~25-30 total fish in the 6 hour trip.  We also had multiple fish get away due to poor hook sets, and one possible shark that bit through the line.

On top of fishing, we were able to do some dolphin sightseeing, birding at “bird island”, we learned about fish slicks, and even had a visit with “Preacher Bob”. 

Terry had a pleasant demeanor, was patient and knowledgeable, had a well-stocked boat, and was just generally fun to chat with during the entire trip.  Read the reviews, you definitely want to book with Terry.  We’d be happy to come back if we’re ever in the area again.  Thanks Terry!
