Wife and kids had a great time! Captain Dale was very helpful with everything needed on our trip and communicated very well with everything that was going on! I highly recommend Always An Adventure and Captain Dale Coffman because he is kid friendly and has plenty of patience with children!

Being an avid freshwater fisherman, my husband was open to trying his luck at bay fishing and decided hiring a guide would be a practical move since we are novices at salt water fishing.
As our trip was scheduled the Saturday following Hurricane Harvey in Corpus Christi, we were expecting Captain Dale to cancel our reservation, but he had no such plans! Instead, he said “Come on down, there’s plenty of water around here for us”....so off we went, right into a memory of a lifetime!
We found an absolute pot of gold in Captain Dale! Not only did he put us spot on our fish targets, he was encouraging, fun, lighthearted, and just as excited as we were when the reels were singing! He guided my husband through both 30” + bull reds he caught, some crazy skip jacks that were insanely fun, and insured we reached our limit of speckled trout.
Captain Dale, we can’t thank you enough for making our experience a top notch one with your wonderful personality, skills, and profound knowledge of your trade and the water ways.
The bimini top to shelter us from the sun, and the wonderful music made the entire experience better than we could have imagined! We haven’t stopped telling our friends about how much fun we had! We cannot wait to do this again, and will absolutely schedule our next fishing adventure with Captain Dale…because, just as my husband said, it was hours of “fish on, and on, and on!

Everytime a charter is contracted with a new captain, the client always gets the following - bait, tackle, and a boat.  The one thing the client hopes for is that he will also get knowledge…knowledge by the captain of the waters being fished in and the areas where the fish are biting.  I can guarantee that Captain Dale Coffman knows his home waters, having fished in them for years.  We journeyed to three spots and caught fish in all three places where we wet our hooks.  We caught our limit of seatrout and redfish, the largest being just shy of 28 inches.  The good news was that we had to catch 50 other smaller fish to be able to keep the legal ones!  My son-in-law had never fished seawater before and Captain Dale went out of his way to make sure it was an exceptional first-time experience for him.  I appreciated that a lot.  Can’t say a single thing was negative for it was as eventful fishing trip as I’ve ever been on.  We would recommend Captain Dale Coffman to anyone and plan on contracting with him in the future for my two other sons-in-law.  I think they saw the pictures of the fish we caught and are looking at their calendars already!  Thanks, Captain Dale, for a great day on the waters.
