- Background
- My dad was a fisherman and I've been a fisherman as long as I can remember. It started out in the northeast and has brought me down to Galveston, TX. I love all kinds of fishing. One of the best parts of the Gulf is the diversity of species and the diversity of ways to catch them. Who doesn't love to sight cast Cobia and Tripletail, catch Shark behind shrimpers, throw big poppers at feeding schools of Jacks, throw top waters at Trout in knee deep water, sight cast the marsh for tailing Reds, and on and on? The Texas Gulf Coast fishery is diverse, so my techniques are diverse.
- Techniques
- We are primarily live baiting fir quality trout and redfish.
