Captain Taylor was the best skipper we have ever fished with. We have fished multiple times up and down Florida’s Gulf coast, in San Diego, and numerous times on multiple Great Lakes. My son and I went with my friend and his son, and I was impressed right off the bat when Taylor asked everybody’s names and remembered them. My kid worked as a first mate for a captain previously and he distinctly remembers this captain’s lack of effort toward personal connection/remembrance of names. My kid and I caught numerous fish species we have not caught before, mostly because we have spent more time out in the Gulf than inshore like this trip. Snook, sea trout, jacks, grouper-new stuff for us and really cool. So, go with Taylor, a young guy who has already established a name for himself as a fisherman and has nowhere else to go but for even bigger fish and heavier livewells.

We could not have had a better time with Captain Taylor!  Initially it took a bit of searching to find the fish.  Captain Taylor was patient and persistent, and we kept trying new spots until he got us on the fish.  Once we got on the fish it was game on!  We caught Snook, Sea Trout, Jack Crevalle, Ladyfish, and even a few unexpected species like Saltwater Catfish and Lizardfish.  We were fishing with my 7 year old son and Captain Taylor made sure that my son felt like he was part of the crew and had a great time.  My son spent the rest of our Florida trip asking if we could go back out fishing! Captain Taylor worked hard to ensure we caught fish and had a lot of fun doing it.  He definitely succeeded, we are already looking forward to our next trip with him!

If you are looking for an attentive, educational, & action packed charter this is it!!!! Taylor was so patient with us and answered all of of questions. Taylor made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we stepped on his boat. Days prior to our trip Taylor reached out to me explaining the fishing probability and was very honest (even though we caught so many fish we were worn out) Taylor also went out to catch bait for our trip and reported it was too foggy to go and was flexible to move our departure time. He could have easily cancelled on us but he knew how important it was for us to get out on the water that day due to scheduling. We will definitely be booking more trips in the future. We very much enjoyed our trip with Taylor!  He is personable, kind, patient and fun!  We caught so many fish, including lady fish, sea trout, flounder, Jack Crevalle, redfish, mangrove snapper and snook. Captain Taylor is terrific! First time for us on a real fishing charter and we couldn’t be more happy. Caught lots of different fish at every spot we went to and took some home for a tasty dinner.
It was also very pleasant spending time with Taylor on the boat. He is a great outgoing guy who definitely knows everything there is to know about fishing in this area.
