The last part of the day ended with excitement when we had a tuna strike but it didnt last long when we broke off the fish.I had a very productive 12 days landing 3 giant bluefins and hope to catch a few more in October,thanks again for joining me,hope to see you again.

Steve glad you had a great day,not often do we catch cod,haddock cusk,mackeral and a bluefin tuna in one day.This was a shared trip and you where lucky to only be the only 2 on this shared trip and you received a portion of fish for the trip,are normal policy if we catch a saleable fish is that we sell the fish and keep the proceeds.Our private tuna trips are priced at $1295.00 and our shared trips are only $200.00 per person,hope you enjoyed your experience.

Sorry to hear that my charter for tuna was unhappy, explained to Jonathan that we don’t catch a tuna on every trip. We had a great day on the water that started with catching lots of live bait to fish with,we set up in a fleet of about 30 boats and had live baits out swimming all day,I noticed 3 hook ups all day and only one fish landed,I guess today wasn’t our day like many that was fishing in the same area.Tuna are not a every day fish that you catch but when you do catch one it is one of the best most exciting fish you will ever catch.To bad my charter had to trash my mate Lex and myself,we work very hard on all our charters to produce fish and go the extra mile for our clients.
