My 7 year old son and I had a great time with captain Dante. We first headed to the ocean to catch some rockfish and lings. We got a few rockfish but this was too rough for us, so captain changed the spot to a place where conditions were way more bearable for us. We got many rockfish there and a few lings. To round up the trip we headed back to the bay to catch halibuts and this was great too. We had three good fish and four shakers and a few bites that we missed so even a seven year old kid was excited to fish for many hours. What I liked a lot was flexibility- we started later than usual, we were able to change spots a few times and target different species and he agreed to extended the trip too a bit as we had good bites. The captain was also knowledgeable and very helpful. I fully recommend going with Dante no matter if you consider this for a family with kids or a group of adults. P.s the fishing gear he offers is all fine so you just need to bring food, drinks and cloths and you are all set for a successful fishing day. Thanks captain Dante!

Great time fishing with Dante. The boat is a little rough around the edges but filling the freezer more than made up for it.

We started the day Halibut fishing and limited out on good size fish in only a couple hours. Next we headed in to the bay to fish for Stripers and again had a great time. At one point we had three fish hook up on four rods… Awesome!

100% would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, fun trip.

Fun time today with Dante! Started off rock fishing past the Golden Gate Bridge, then we headed back to the bay for halibut. We caught an abundance of fish.  Small boat which is good for your small group. (  It was only me and my 6 year old son going today). Dante is helpful and friendly! Would do this again.

I have fished with Captain Dante multiple times targeting different species in the SF Bay and outside the gate. He always finds the fish! Caught many Halibut, Rock Fish, and Ling Cod.. Also have caught salmon just outside the gate. He baits every hook, checks every bait, and nets all the fish for you. You just have fun! He is always helpful at the end of the trip with his excellent fillet skills.
