Had an amazing time, caught wahoo and tuna . First time ever fishing the tropics.

Went fishing with my wife. The staff was very kind and helpful. They did everything for us to have a nice day. We managed to catch several bonitos and tunas. When arrived back to the harbor they cleaned the fish, we took one smaller bonito and one smaller tuna. They helped us to get them prepared for us in a local restaurant, were very delicious and more than enough for two lunches for two. It was a nice day, I`d recommend them.
One might find the rods and the reels a bit old and not so fancy, but they also did their job perfectly.

We arrived in Aruba on a cruise ship. Walking time from the ship to the fishing boat was about 5 minutes. Wind was strong and seas were too rough to go to the regular area that the captain regularly fishes. Instead we trolled within a mile of shore. The crew mate was constantly changing bait trying his hardest to catch fish. We ended up with two barracuda, one of them on a hand line.  Also ran into two large pods of dolphins.  All in all a great day. For what it’s worth, we were the only charter to catch anything that day from that pier. Because of the wind and motor noise we really couldn’t talk much to the crew. However, they did everything they could do to catch fish and make us comfortable. Again a good and memorable day

Capt Juan and first mate Rudolph were ready to go as soon as we got to the marina. It was my wife and 10 yr old’s first time deep sea fishing . The team made sure each of us had a first_rate experience. We caught three bonita, a skipjack, king mackeral, and a big wahoo as we were entering the harbour ! We would definitely recommend the Carla’s crew and will certainly book them again on our next trip to beautiful Aruba!

The seas were rough the day we went out but the Captain put on the fish. We caught a very nice Wahoo that the first mate filleted nicely for us. It was delicious.
