If you’re in Montauk (or just the Eastern half of Long Island), and you want to catch fish, go with Captain Chris. We had a great time out on the water and caught a ton of fish. We started the day as novices, but Captain Chris taught us quickly and we were having a blast during the whole trip. Can’t recommend enough, would give six stars if I could.

Captain Chris had us on the fish for our entire trip!! He had a flexible plan for our half day trip and was extremely helpful in showing us what to do. Highly recommend!!

Captain Chris had us on the fish right from the start. We caught our boat limit of stripers, plus a few monsters that had to go back because they were over the slot size.

My family and I (2 adults and 2 teenagers), spent the morning with Captain Chris and had a wonderful time.  My daughter caught fish right away and soon my son did too.  Captain Chris took us to a few different places to catch fish and in the end we had more than enough black sea bass and porgy to feed the family.  Great trip and memories!
