Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable and easy to get along with. One Golden Travelly and a Dhu fish (small) was caught but that’s the nature of fishing . Yes, I would recommend Gone Fishing Cairns 👍

Would highly recommend this fishing trip to anyone travelling to Cairns. The skipper is so friendly and accomodating. He gave clear instructions pre trip and even arranged a local restaurant ln the esplanade to cook our fish which was amazing. Thank you for a great day out.

Both Greg and Eddy had a great time. Although it was cloudy and rained, they had fun and enjoyed their time on board. They caught 3 decent fish each and Greg was stoked with the ‘catch of the day’. They both couldn’t fault their experience and felt safe in your hands, Thank you Jakob…even the son-in-law was impressed with the proof of the catch!

Had a great day with Jacob from Gone Fishing Cairns.  A well set up vessel perfect for fishing and we were well looked after. Will definitely spend another day with Jacob next time we visit.
