Started out cold and foggy but turned into a great weather day. Austin is a upstanding guy always ready to help and has his customers best interests at heart. Caught some fish and enjoyed seeing the River.

We went out with Captain Austin on Memorial Day weekend. When we met up, he was completely honest in letting us know fish we’re not biting well and giving us the option to rebook. Since this was also a photography trip and it was a beautiful day, we went. So glad we did! Our wildlife photography enthusiast got amazing photos - bald eagles (so many!), beaver, deer, herons, pelicans. And we had a blast catching Asian carp! It was an incredible afternoon and Captain Austin is knowledgeable, safe and a lot of fun! Highly recommend him! We are already talking about when we want to do this again.

Austin is both pleasant and professional. His boat and equipment is top shelf.
While the weather was uncooperative Austin still managed to make it enjoyable. He worked his tail off and we still managed to get some fish in the boat and had a great time!!

Captain Austin was very knowledgeable about fishing the Illinois River. He was able to put us on a lot of quality Crappie. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the trip and would recommend him to anyone wanting a great time on the water. He is very safety minded and has top of the line equipment. We had a lot of fun!
