Thank you for your great review. It’s superb to hear that our customers have had a productive day on the water and it’s especially pleasing to have families on the boat. Yes the crew are very experienced and have been working together on Capullo for over 25 years together. The pictures you posted look fantastic. Thanks also for your suggestions. Once we land the fish we try to get the lines back in the water as soon as possible to increase the chances of landing more fish and this can delay the kills of the fish on board but I understand your point. We hope that we will get the chance to take you out again sometime in the future and add to the collection of fish you caught with us recently. All the best from Capullo Sports Fishing tours.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review of your trip aboard Rainbow Runner with Captain Gerald. Trawling the main for of fishing in Costa Rica. If people ask to do bottom fishing or casting we are happy to oblige but these later forms of fishing are not normally as productive. Gerald always tries very hard to get as many fish as possible as you will see from all other reviews of this boat and this captain. I’m sorry the trip didn’t live up to your expectations but Geralds 28 years experience on this boat has been extremely productive. I’m glad at least you caught a mahi mahi and a wahoo and had something for the table. Tight lines. Roy.

Captain Gerald is an experienced fisherman in the area so he knows how to read the winds and when it’s good to go offshore or stay inshore.
