- Growing up in Wilmington on Pages Creek, Captain Jesse naturally developed a passion for boating and fishing. That passion led him to earn a captain's license which as of today he has upgraded to a 200GT Masters. Captain Jesse has been fortunate enough to earn a living on the water for the past ten years, docking ships for ports on the east coast, working with Moran towing aboard a 108' Tugboat. When not operating tugs, he spends as much time fishing the local waters as possible on his classic GroverBuilt 28. Carolina Fishing Charters was started to share the captain's passion for angling and offer a chance to experience the natural beauty southeastern North Carolina has to offer.
