This is my second trip with Captain John.  We had a fantastic time.  We fished and caught a few, not as much as we would have liked but fishing overall wasn’t great that day and everyone had fun.  We went to two isolated locations in the sound to look for shells and cool off.  My 22 year old said he wasn’t sure what to expect but had a great time and would definitely do it again.

Had a 4 hr trip today and had a blast. We took our 3 girls and they had a great time. They got to go clam digging and thought that was the coolest thing ever. Capt John had as much fun as they did I believe. We come down 3-4 times a year and we will be back on this boat again!! We didn’t catch a lot of fish but it wasn’t for lack of trying and you can’t blame the capt if the fish aren’t biting. This was by far my favorite fishing trip I have ever had! CPT John was personable, professional, and fun to be around. He did everything for us including offering to clean the fish that we caught up on our return. If you go with him, highly recommend the sunset tour. We experienced the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen. 5, no 10 stars!!!!

We were blessed with a beautiful evening and an absolutely gorgeous sunset. Photos do not do it justice. We had a lot of action and even hooked and released a Stingray. We were only able to land one Blue fish as quite a few chewed through the lines and got away. An amazing time was had by everyone! A must do if you’re in Hatteras! Thank you so much Captain John!
