Near shore springtime true Atlantic Bonito on light spinning reels. These fish ranged 8# to 11# lbs a good 10 min fight. Itโ€™s truly a blast.

Nearshore fishing been very good. With lots of King Mackerels to be screaming are reels. The Mahi have pushed in the 12 to 20 mile range. The offshore bottom has been producing some nice grouper snappers triggers & black sea Bass. The african pompano should be showing up soon as the water water warms up.

Shawn and I saw a break in the weather to be able to finally get to the Wahoo bite thatโ€™s been going on. We prepared for our trip the day before and headed out at 5am. 15min after Shawn got the spread out Bam!! Fish On Shawn battled a 70lb Wahoo. After trolling for a few Bam!! Screaming reel Paul next on the reel after a long drawn out war with this 50+lb Wahoo we finally get on the deck. Trolled some more & picked up a few football Skipjacks. Then head back in & stop to play with the school of dolphins. Making memories with friends is what itโ€™s all about. Captain Jim
