We are back at it running charters and the fishing is good. We have 3 solid months to chase warmwater river species ahead of us. Smallmouth bass, walleye and northern pike. These are high action trips and the summer river scenery is awesome. And its never too early to book your fall salmon or steelhead trip with the chance to catch a trophy fish. These are popular trips and the prime dates go fast.

This was my first time ever chartering a fishing trip and because of this experience it will definitely not be my last! Steve was a knowledgeable guide and very easy going as well (all good fishing trips should be “relaxed” in my opinion). We caught a lot of fish and I lost some more but if I am ever in the Grand Rapids area again I will definitely reach out again to River Trek Guide Service!
