Background
My family was always involved in fishing. At a young age living by the water it just came natural to me - something I really loved doing was being on the water fishing all the time. By the mid nineties me and my brother who also guides started tournament fishing all over Florida and became quite competitive at this. In 1998 i received my captain license and started my charter business. Fishing the waters of Tampa bay which I grew up on gave me the ability to know where the fish are and to share this with my clients. I have always been told by my customers that I'm outgoing and very friendly and helpful in explaining how to put them on the fish. To sum it up I enjoy sharing what I've learned with my clients and I am grateful to be doing what I love to do .
Techniques
I target all inshore and nearshore species. Tarpon, Snook, Redfish, Trout, Grouper, Snapper, Cobia, Kingfish and sharks to name a few. I mostly live bait fish. Light tackle, bottom fishing, trolling. From the beautiful mangrove islands of Tampa bay for Snook, Red fish and Trout to the bridges and beaches for Tarpon .

Went fishing on Wednesday, October 18, 2017

Robert was fantastic, we had a great day. He worked very hard to put us on fish. He was hands on and very knowledgeable about the best areas to fish. We caught a load of great fish including trout, redfish and snook, great day

Went fishing on Sunday, October 23, 2016

We booked this charter for inshore eight hour fishing. Captain Robert had everything waiting on my group so all we had to do was get on board and start fishing. The first stop he showed us how to cast correctly and for the next 4 hours we crushed red drum and snook. We caught our limits of drum right away, but kept catching them for fun after that. The rest of the afternoon Capt Robert tried to get us on fish but the tides just wouldn’t cooperate. We had a great time and my dad was “pooped” from reeling in so many fish. We will hit Little Charters up again when we are in town.
