What would you recommend to anglers fishing in Auckland for the first time?

I truly feel that Michael went out of his way to make the day run as smooth as possible, he even baited the rods as soon as they were wound in he reloaded so we could get back to fishing ASAP.

There are a lot of small snapper, good fun though. also got a really good snapper but don’t expect monsters, probably shouldn’t expect monsters that close to a city anyway?
