Plan for large waves, even in good weather. It is warmer on the boat than expected. Someone will get sick. Skip breakfast or eat a very small meal. It is called fishing, not catching. The captain does his best to put you on fish.

Beware if you are sea sick. I thought I could handle it and put all kinds of stickers behind my ears and had motion sickness pills to knock out an elephant . I still got super sick and ruined what could have probably been the best fishing trip ever. Same with kids . It’s safe but you can’t be sure they won’t get sick!
