Fishing has been strong lately with the Grouper and Snapper bite continuing, all three anapper species plus red snapper being caught in a veriety of depths, gsg and red grouper remains strong with keeper catches of both gag and red…

Greeting fellow anglers, Captain Josh here with a regional update to our spring season. The past couple weeks have been full of good catches of grouper, snapper Almaco Jacks, banded Rudderfish, lesser and greater Amberjack and red snapper, which will lead into the opening of Red Snapper season June 1st! I have plenty of openings available, book now because they are starting to fill up!

Hey catchers, Capt_Josh with a recent report and update for the suncoast Sarasota offshore report, the Red Grouper bite is on fire in 100 ft along with the mangrove snapper, so many more species caught includin sharpnose sharks all over the hard bottom, wrecks and reefs.

The warmer air has settled over the suncoast bringing warmer water temps with it and continuing this hot bite we have, 105ft of water seems to be the hot ticket right now, over the weekend and today were loaded with big red grouper, big vermillion snapper, huge mangrove snapper, Almaco jacks and lesser and greater Amberjack..As the warmer water settles in look for yellowtail snapper and African Pompano to start moving in!

What a week last week, monday and Tuesday produced beautiful Vermillion Snapper, Mangrove snapper and Lanes along with Red grouper and Keeper sized gags and schoolie sized Amberjack in 100 ft of water, loom for the bite to stay stong for the next few weeks!!

Great day this past Friday fishing in 100ft of water with big catches of red and gag grouper, mangrove and lane snappers, porgi’s and triggerfish. Making memories one trip at a time! Come catch with us!!
